After my wife lost her Pilot to a hail storm, we spent months looking for a replacement. We went to at least a dozen dealerships before heading to Texas Motorcars. It was late on a Friday, and they accommodated us anyway. Brian Spagnola said they are going to take care of us, and they did! The financing application was quick and easy, and there weren't all these extra fees. Even delivered the car to our house the next week. Great service.

Easy process and very communicative. Zero issue buying another vehicle from them. Up front and honest that they could offer extended warranty but it wouldn’t cover everything on my heavily modified car. No greasy used car salesmen here. I asked for the out the door price and had it in my hand 2 min later.

Good staff. Watch what you buy, I bought a dually and didn't notice it was missing the spare tire and they would get me one. So after spending 50,000 I had to spend another 600 on a spare. Shame on me for not catching it but shame on them for not coming through.

Purchased an excellent condition, low mileage 2015 F250 from Texas Motor Cars. Anthony provided excellent customer service and the experience with this dealership was phenomenal. Bought a Ford F-150 from them 3, weeks ago beautiful looking truck but a week later check engine light came on which was discovered that they had reset it! Cost for me fix the codes 4,000 dollars at ford dealer! This vehicle probably came from a a auction & they new it had problems so reset the check engine light so it could be sold! My fault for not have scanned vehicle before purchasing it but I really thought they were a reputable dealer but guess that was back when Tommy senior was alive! Haven’t had time to take legal action yet but will! Stay clear if this place!

This place is a Circus of trucks with mismatched wheels, poorly attempted body work and paint.
Sales Manager brought me all the way from Arkansas to buy a truck that had been wrecked and patched up.
Lack of integrity makes this place a circus. Stay away!

A year later, I still regret ever looking at their website, let alone purchasing a truck. I was in a pinch and needed to replace one to pull a gooseneck. Check engine light came on before I made it home. They did send a clock spring because it quick on the drive home. I also noticed the wheels that were pictured in the ad were changed to wheels that were badly scuffed as well some king ranch center cap on an stx. The most frustrating part is not having a jack or a spare tire. It was missing headrests on 4 of the 6 seats they managed to come up with the 3 for the back seats. I'd been better off buying the same truck from Ritchie Bros. It'd still be a pig, but cheaper and less lip stick. I will say be glad that I live where emissions aren't enforced, yall would have had to buy it back. It also had 4 bulbs out and somehow passed a texas safety inspection. I wish nothing but the worst for everyone there.

I know who you are, Anthony was who i dealt with. The best way to help is to stop doing shady business practices. I'm currently trying to sell to the truck, knowing I'll most likely have to take a loss.

Friendly staff - I purchased a truck (when living in a different state) from this dealership a few years ago online (site unseen) loved the truck. I then stopped in when driving past the dealership to see the showroom, they spent went out of their way to show me around, years after the sale. A+ rating!
