I had radiation treatment with Dr. Shivnani and chemotherapy with Dr. Rao. Both are very good doctors and I am fortunate to have gone to them after consulting with different doctors in Denton.
The doctors, nurses and staff at Texas Oncology were great and I am now 1 year post treatment for throat cancer. I still go for follow up appointments and I am cancer-free. I would seek their help if I was facing cancer for the first time or if it should come back.

Politely requested an expedited visit on a routine lab and they seemed to have slowed down every single process on purpose after that. Not good customer service, especially after you pay almost $700 on a single consult, not counting labs. Find another office.

Worst care ever. It’s taken over 1 month to see the doctor. Now they will not release test results. Poor bedside manner. Definitely I suggest getting second opinions and not trusting them at all!

Dr Trillo was not very informative in my new patient visit. He didn’t tell me anything I hadn’t already read on my own report. He was literally using Google to show me examples of medical procedures and to help explain terms. I was told a preauthorization was needed for a procedure before it could be scheduled. Three weeks later I contacted my insurance company to ask about the status and they had not received anything from Dr.trillo’s office. I’m beyond livid. I’ma cancer patient and this oncology office hasn’t scheduled the procedure let alone even had it or eauth’d by insurance. DO NOT SEEK HELP HERE. Find another capable knowledgeable caring oncologist office. Thankfully my prognosis didn’t require urgent attention or I’d be dead thanks to Texas Oncology and Dr Trillo incompetent staff

They don't respect the patients time. 2: 45 appt. Now it's almost 4. Except for taking temp they have done nothing except make us wait. I know they are big important Dr. 's, but I have to work to pay for his vacation home.

It is impossible to get an appointment - particularly if you are on Medicare it seems. IF you are able to see a doctor, it will most likely be a very, very short visit. I have been treated by many doctors over many years. Never have I had any other doctor show such callous disregard and indifference to me as a patient.

Horrible billing, they request downpayment along with your insurance, on top of it, they create chaos between flexible spending account and insurance claims, your payment accounts gets locked because of unidentified payment, and your payment doesn't have visibility in insurance claims.

I got referred here by my PCP. Arrived in the building and looked at the directory which showed the office was on the 4th floor. Turns out the 4th floor is the administrative office and the actual patient office was on the first floor so I lost time in between locating the right place. Made my way to check in and was handed a TON of forms to fill out. I can’t understand why these forms weren’t sent in advance via email or some form of online registration system. I spent another 15/20 minutes filling out forms and everyone who came after me ended up going in before me. My appointment was at 2: 30pm and at 3: 30pm I’m still waiting to see the Dr. Total time spent here, 1.5hrs! Schedule at your own risk!

Dr. Trillo is one of the most highly regarded Physician's I have ever worked with on my Healthcare care, As i have worked with many. He genuinely cared. Our first appointment lasted one hour and fourty-five minutes, not only did I leave his office reassured but I left with a Feeling of Peace. Not only is this office worth the wait, it is worth the wisdom. An invisible illness that was covered by a very rare blood disorder. They saved my life and I'm thankful for every moment I have every day for it!

It is a major pain in the butt to try to schedule an appointment at this place, Ashley with scheduling never picks up. I have called several times already. I really love Dr. Palanisamy, it is The only reason I have been patient.
