Texas Oncology-Methodist Dallas Cancer Center

Went in for my appt with doctor schmerlin 8-4-23, excellent doctor. Only problem is the staff, get terrible service staff, rude, attitudes, some r just sitting down pretending to be working just talking about their social life if you ask them a question they give u a dirty look they tell you ask your nurse and walk away. Everytime I go I get treated the same way. You would think they would treat u with respect since I have Cancer. The staff that makes the appointments is never at her desk is socializing with other employees she sees you waiting to get an appt but rather socialize with staff then attend a patient. And if you go up to her to say you need an appt, she responds I will be there in a few minutes then the staff starts laughing. So I just told the secretary in front and stated I am leaving the employee that makes appts is standing there and sees me waiting she would rather socialize than do her job. I feel they are not doing their job. I have an excellent doctor, but if I am being treated like this with the staff, I have no choice but to go to another hospital for treatment. I have reported before seems it got worse like they know I reported them. And I know what your response will be cuz you send the same response to everyone that gets a bad review. And nothing is done
