Love this place. They do such a great job at explaining what's going on for that day. They are all very sweet and nice. They take their time on making sure everything looks good on the ultrasounds. The picture quality for the 3D ultrasounds are amazing. I never been to any other location. I drive all the way from Kyle because they are open on Thursday & Fridays which is the only days I can go but they are truly worth driving far for. Every visit is a good visit here.

Every time we come here for my wife’s ultrasound we’re waiting in the lobby for 45-50 min. Ex. Appointment is at 11am. We arrive at 10: 56am. Finally called back at 11: 50am. Every time…

They clearly don’t respect other peoples time, or they don’t have time management skills whatsoever. Eager to never return.

The care I received here was fantastic. They saved my pregnancy at the halfway mark and I’m forever grateful for them helping to bring my baby boy into the world.

I’ve taken off 2 stars because of billing issues. On multiple occasions in 2021 I informed them that i had changed jobs and this no longer was insured by UHC. Yet for the next 4 or 5 months, they continued to bill the wrong insurance provider and each time I would call to correct them again. As a result I didn’t get a bill until 2022, when it was too late to use my fsa funds to help cover these expensive expenses. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes financial planning impossible. I’m very disappointed they didn’t properly correct the issues when I first made my update. And also the receipts they provide when you do pay a bill are not IRS compliant for paying with an FSA debit card, and when I called twice to try and get the proper documentation they would not give me what I needed. Now Im dealing with a mess with my insurance and FSA while also trying to care for a newborn.

They come across as arrogant, yet incompetent. We scheduled with Dr. Harstead, got a confirmation for Dr. Harstead, then when we finally get back into the room, we're told Dr. Cantu will be in in just a minute. We asked why not Dr. Harstead, and they said he doesn't even work that time of the week. We went with it, because I wanted to get it over with and not waste more of my time. The ultrasound seemed rushed, especially for how high the cost was. We then got a survey from their headquarters in Florida about, "How did your visit with Dr. Harstead go? " How can we trust your level of care when you can't even handle basic scheduling?

Had first and second trimester ultrasounds done here and had great experiences both times. All staff members were friendly and efficient. Convenient parking garage and they validate parking as well. No complaints.

I seem them weekly until my due date 04/24 never wait long, Dr. Challa was nice exined everything to us also gave us the proper referral we need for when baby is born. Always get pictures when I go staff really nice.

My partner and I were referred to this office by my OB for the big 20 wk ultrasound. It was a really great experience. Everyone was very friendly and easy to speak to. I completed the required new patient forms online prior to my appointment but their system was down and they couldn't pull it up so I had to fill it all out in the office. The woman at the front desk was pretty apologetic about it and it's not the worst thing to have to deal with. I could tell the Dr.had done her research on me. She asked questions related to my medical history which was impressive. I'm not sure if that says a lot about me having poor expectations or a lot about the Dr.not just making us another face. Either way, I am grateful for the experience.

Great experience for 20 week anatomy scan today. Our tech Tina was super sweet and explained everything to us while she was scanning each area. Loved her enthusiasm! Thanks for the amazing experience. You are not allowed to record or take photos but better yet, they email you recordings and photos to you after the session! They also take a 3d photo which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much!

Came here twice for my 12 week NT check and 20 week anatomy scan. Superb experience each time! Waited under 5 minutes to be seen and front staff were helpful and friendly. Had different techs and doctors each time and both times they were all super friendly, through, and positive. They took their time, explained everything they were checking and seeing and made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I'm almost sad I have to reason to go back to them. Amazing professionals, highly recommend this office!

I was almost 30 minutes late to my first ultrasound in my second trimester. I called ahead and when I got there I was allowed to keep my appointment. The ultrasound tech was amazing she even went back to my room to give me some more pictures of the baby. I love this place. I mentioned to the nurse how I wasn’t receiving the best care at Lone Star, the doctor came in a assured me I have the right to the best care. He cared more in those 5 minutes than my doctor in 45. Parking garage leads straight to the office, no fee to park the place gives you a voucher. 5 s

My partner and I showed up to our appointment during COVID times understanding that I would not be allowed in for her ultrasound. What they do not tell you is that FaceTime is not allowed during the appointment. This information should be shared beforehand, we would have gone somewhere else. We waited 8 weeks for this appointment. We did not get to find out the sex of the baby together.
