They immediately started inspecting areas of my concern. Determined one concern was not a problem. The next concern was a clogged sewer. They determined roots to be the problem, discussed options and cleared out as best they could until I see estimates on the options. Great crew and will highly recommend them.

Disappointed with the customer service and professionalism. Had a plumbing emergency at 7am and texas plumbing was one of few companies open at the time. I called them and they told me plumber would come i the window of 8: 15-9: 15am. I got a text as confirmation with the name of the plumber. I called back at 9: 45am wondering where the plumber was and i was told i need to be rescheduled to after 12pm.

As a future recommendation and common courtesy, i suggest you notify customers before their service window is over that you need to reschedule.
