Robin is amazing! Went down to port a for Mother’s Day weekend with 5 moms and 10 kids. Robin answered all my questions, was patient with us, was there to help, always got back to me, and was lovely just to talk to! 10/10. Highly recommend!

I knew even before actually receiving my golf cart that I'd be writing a glowing review. Like many of these reviews, I must acknowledge what a wonderful experience Robin provided to the family. She was so charming when I spoke to her, and during the booking process. Not only did she offer excellent pricing, she dropped off the cart much earlier than quoted, and showed my wife the ins and outs of the cart. I certainly know next time we will be in Port A, we are only renting with Robin.

My family rented a golf cart here this summer. The golf cart and service were great! Unfortunately we got a flat tire on the last day of our trip but Robin was great in helping us getting it sorted out, even though it was after normal business hours. Will definitely use Texas Red again next time we’re in Port A.

We have been visiting Port A for years and love renting golf carts to get around town and the beach. We have rented from many places over the years but none match the customer service provided by Robin and her team at Texas Red. First, their prices include pick-up and delivery. Score! No standing in lines waiting to pick up your golf cart after traveling all day or in the morning cutting into your beach time. Then, when it’s time to get out of town and beat the rush you don’t have to play musical vehicles and worry about getting the cart dropped off in time while you are trying to get packed up and out the door. Secondly, Robin and her team are very responsive, so friendly, and finally, have the best prices. On a recent trip we left our daughter’s good Bluetooth speaker in the cart. We didn’t realize it until we had already been home for a day. Then, the week got busy and I didn’t check back with Robin until many days had passed. When I finally contacted Texas Red they were so friendly and understanding. They found our speaker and shipped it back to us promptly and communicated with me the entire time. It’s really hard to find customer service like that these days and for all these reasons I’ve already booked our next cart rental, for next month, with Texas Red, and tell all our friends and family where to go to rent their carts when visiting the island. My only regret is not finding Texas Reds sooner!

Robin was fantastic. We called on our way down to Port A when we learned the golf cart that came with our rental was not available. She had one cart left for the weekend and it was waiting at our rental unit when we arrived. The delivery and pickup was perfect for our needs. Great customer service. We will definitely rent from Texas Red again!
