Al the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Anand was highly recommended by both an optometrist and ophthalmologist He is very pleasant, and his approach helps you feel at ease. I feel very confident regarding Dr. Anand’s assessment and advice.

The admin staff here was a nightmare. I wasted 2 weeks of thinking I had an appointment for an urgent manner, and being told several conflicting things, to eventually being told less than 24 hours before the appointment that they do not take my insurance, and an appointment is 300+ dollars. This would have been told to me at the office had I not called ahead of time to check. This is ridiculous. I was a patient here previously and it was never this bad. I trusted TRA but I do not plan to come here again. UPDATE: I received a short response stating that they have 16 offices and not really taking any accountability for the fact that my time has been wasted and that there were multiple errors before I even had a chance for care. I'm not going to waste my time talking to people who are not listening. My time has already been wasted.

This place is terrible. Hope to never go back. All personnel were extremely unhelpful. Calls you a liar by not turning in your paperwork or referral - which they have the entire time. They assign like 4 or 5 people for your time slot.

My eye doctor sent me to Dr. Chong for an emergency appointment to rule out a retinal tear. I did not have a tear but for 11 years I have dealt with a million little dots that swirl in my right eye. Every now and then I have a floater that seems to be the size of a mouse or cockroach. When this floater whizzes by it makes me jump are become startled when I am driving. Dr. Chong will perform a removal of the vitreous next week. I am thankful that she will help me to see better in the future.

Dr Chong saved my vision when my retina detached years ago. She is always caring and considerate. I recommend her to anyone who has retina issues.

Excellent eye care and very compassionate professionals working there. The clinic is very efficient and their treatment is top tier, I've never seen so much technology devoted just to the eyes; I really feel like I'm in excellent hands. Don't think about it, just go and take care of your vision; you'll be kicking yourself for not going sooner.

I cannot say THANK YOU enough to Dr Chong! She is absolutely AMAZING! I started having issues with my eyes a couple weeks ago. They did extensive testing on my eyes, and she found that the deficiencies were actually not with my eyes, and told me to go the ER immediately and get an MRI! She was spot on! I will forever be grateful to her for her diagnosis and quick response! She is truly a life saver! Thank you again so very much Dr Chong! You’re a rockstar!

I visited several times last year due to a new diagnosis caught by an opthalmologist that needed special attention. The staff was very professionalq, honest and put my mind at ease. They were also very thorough, which I appreciated. After several visits, my problem was corrected. I'll happily go back if the need ever arises.

Shuffled from office to office like cattle, with plenty of wait time in between. (And most patients are elderly or disabled, or both.) There should be a better system - and I hope there is at other offices, as I will be going somewhere else next year. The staff and practitioners are seemingly competent, except the insurance clerk charged twice what was due at check-out. In January! Had to call them 6 weeks later in order to get a refund.

Having issues with your retina can be very stressful. The doctors at Texas Retina as well as the office staff have been a blessing during these stressful times. They have been amazing and I cannot praise them enough for their help and efforts in helping me preserve my eyesight. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Chong. Her expertise, knowledge, and bedside manners are second to none!

Another visit where I was promptly assisted and treated. The assistant listened carefully and documented what I communicated. The Doctor answered my questions and skillfully applied the treatment. Payment and follow up scheduling was swift.

Dr. Chong is a wonderful doctor. I trust her completely with my eyes. Every person that I’ve dealt with at the practice has been professional and caring.

My uveitis journey started 11 months ago and Dr. Choi provided the best care. He's patient and very thorough. The staff is professional and always helpful. I highly recommend Texas Retina to help with your eye care.
