Texas Rheumatology reviews
14The office staff and doctors at Texas rheumatology are simply amazing. They went great lengths to assist getting a medication approval that I thought would never happen! I have never had a doctor's office work so hard on my behalf. Specifically, Amiee and Sherry were instrumental in making this happen. They battled the insurance demons for 6 months. It was like Christmas morning when they called to tell me it finally got approved. This never would have happened without all of their hard work and support. Dr. Danny was so instrumental in making this happen as well. The staff has always been so communicative and hard-working, but this particular accomplishment deserves to be front page news in the New York times! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Dr. Arora and her staff are exceptional in every way. Dr. Arora is professional, punctual, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to provide the very best patient care.
Dr. Dany Thekkemuriyil probably saved my life. I had been bounced around from 3 different doctors and I am so blessed that by luck I saw him.
He somehow identified (correctly) that I had chronic serotonin syndrome. I discontinued the medication he suggested might be the culprit and in 3 days I am feeling so much better. Still having symptoms but I am improving so much.
I wish he could be my PCP: (
Dr aurora was and is awesome. Staff is great. I had several different variables impacting my pain and Dr. Aurora worked thru them all and has helped with my RA
Dr Arora is very caring and has been a great dr to me. She is easy to get in contact with and is prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Her staff is also very kind and caring. No long wait times. All visits have been pleasant. I recommend Dr Arora and Texas Rheumatology.
I have been a patient here for many years. I see PA Stephanie Reyes. She is kind and attentive. Stephanie is very good about exploring all options for treatment. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very thorough. Calls are always returned in a timely manner and all labs and tests are explained in an easy to understand manner. The front office staff are always friendly and professional. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen for my appointment.
Dr. Arora is truly the best rheumatologist I have seen. She is more than thorough, she truly listens. I would more than recommend her to anyone!
As a physician myself I can say Dr Arora is very personable, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her!
I have been treated by Dr Arora at Texas Rheumatology since 2019. She is amazing! The care standard is first rate. I am never rushed through and everyone LISTENS! They have in-house lab and X-ray so everything can be done there very conveniently!
I was misdiagnosed at another major medical provider in the area and suffered for it until Dr Arora took the time to dig down to a true diagnosis. She changed my life!
Sooo glad that Dr. Arora was recommended to us by a good friend! She is truly a breath of fresh air. Her communication skills are incredible. She knows how to understand your problem (s) and implement the proper procedures to resolve them. And she does this in a prompt, caring, and thorough manner with a sparkling personality that immediately sets you at ease. My wife and I have several problems with pain and she has gone far beyond other doctors we have seen in diagnosing and treating us. We highly recommend!
My experience at Texas Rheumatology was great all around. The staff is very helpful, clinic is pretty clean and got best labs. Dr. Arora is exemplary, she is one of the most compassionate and kind hearted physician I have seen so far. She will not rest the case until she finds the resolution and patients improved health. She has diligently taken control of my case, not only made the necessary referrals but had followed up through with other physicians personally and escalated as needed to get the appointments in time and saved me from lot of suffering. I would definitely refer their office to friends and family.
I'm extremely happy to be under Dr. Arora's care. She is very thorough, a great listener and finds resolutions. If you want an honest provider shes the one. Very amazing personality. Staff were amazing and very caring. I highly recommend her.
Professional, thorough and compassionate.
Dr. Arora truly personally cares about her patients, and sends updates to our primary care office in a timely fashion. I recommend Texas Rheumatology to all my patients. My patients and I appreciate all the rheumatology physicians hard work.
I have been going to them for over 5 years. As of today 11/7/22, I will No Longer use their services ever again! I met with Dr. Aurora today, and I will NEVER use as them as my Rheumatologist going forward. She was bittleing, rude, no bedside manners, has no compassion for her patients. She Made me feel so small today. She has absolutely no compassion. She does not belong in the Medical Field! Be careful for anyone else who may think about having her as your Rheumatologist.
