Incompetent! Very bad service, you have to fill out too many papers and answer too many questions, and send documents. You keep going back and forth with them for several months, then in the end they tell you we are not able to help you, you can contact lawyer referral service or find a private lawyer.
It's a waste of time and worthless service. Wasting time can get you in trouble, and make you run out of time to take legal action, or file a lawsuit.
I've been contacting them for the past 40 years, they never represented me or helped me with any legal matter, despite the fact that I'm disabled and can't earn any income.

Worst legal aid services we have ever had. I don’t understand how the government supports this type of organization. Very disappointed.

I'm a Veteran and I can't get a signal answer about my rent increase of $600 plus. It's a joke and no wonder why there are so many homeless veterans living in the streets! It's been a joke trying to find help and answers to my problems.

No one knows anything about anything. And if you ask them “well what do you know” she said a lot of information. So I asked can you tell me that information and she said no because it’s too much.
