Texas Roadhouse, Mesquite TX

The wait was extreemely long for 4 people, i order an 8 ounce NY strip and it looked to be 4 ounces with a big piece of fat that cost 15.99. I literally cut 7 pieces of steak from it. The quality of food and wait was definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this location. However you may have a different experience in another location.

Steaks were awful had to send back twice.
I never had that problem there
But the waiter was awesome he was on point

Nest steak deal in town for the budget conscious. Good meats, great cooks and an excellent deal. You can go all out here and walk away happy with experience, food, and price! Its as close to five star you can get without paying ridiculous prices for meat. You'll go back often. I do!

We went for a birthday celebration. We were told an hour wait at 5: 45. At 6: 45 we were told there was still about a 40 minute wait. We were 1 of about 3 groups waiting to be seated. After an hour we were the only group still waiting. We had to stand out in the rain because there's no waiting area to sit. I called in the restaurant to ask for a manager I was left on hold for 15 minutes finally the manager Anna picked up. I told her my concerns she placed ke on hold and said she would pick up at the hostess phone that never happen I was left on hold over 50 minutes. We were seated at 8 I was still on hold I asked a young lady who was Anna and could she have her to come to the table. I asked Anna did she forget she left me on hold because she never picked up she said I lost you I thought I hung up on you and I was waiting for you to call back. I told her ma'am I'm still holding on the phone you can hear the music playing on speaker. Anna said well I thought I hung up on you. Anna said you were told there was a 2 hour wait and yoi all were seated in 2 hours and 5 minutes which was a lie. 5: 45 to 8: 00 is 2 hours and 15 minutes. I saw about 8 vehicles that came after I parked who ate and left and we were still waiting to be seated. Will never visit this location again horrible communication and waiting in the rain for over 2 hours.

Service was okay. My sweet potato didn't come out with the rest of my ordered food. It came 5 minutes later, and when it came, it was burnt.

Texas Road House is always very good! We do so love there bread and cinnamon butter. Such a treat.

Delicious! Wait time was minimal when you get on the waitlist online and we have a family of 6. The waitress was at our table within one minute to take our drink order and food shortly after. Gr8 experience.

Fired pickles great steaks great I took my husband for the first time like a week or 2 ago and he LOVED IT and wants to go back and my husband loved how he got to pick his own steak at the walk in so we will be back thank you Texas Roadhouse keep up the great work!

Steaks were good, unfortunately my fiancee's steak which should have been medium rare was cooked longer than mine which I asked for medium.

Not sure if it's just this location but the loaded fries (fries covered in cheese and bacon) were significantly smaller portion than other locations. The old portion was a lot but well worth the price but the new portion is a good amount but should be cheaper.

I will never come back here again they messed up our orders and food was extremely cold. Our waiter was MIA and had an attitude. Worst expirence I’ve ever had at a Texas road house restaurant.

Great service, decent food. The big issue was the onion blossom was so hot I burned my mouth and finger so bad we had to go buy burn ointment and his steak wasn't cooked right.

Place is packed every visit we make, but the food does not disappoint. My family and I love the price and the meal selection. TRH, is one of our favs.

Better than logans in waxahachie TX! We love the service and friendliness and quickness of the service.

The last several times I have been there my steak was never cooked correctly and the server we had this last time was not good at all.

It can be a long wait to be seated. But the food is worth the wait. For the price, the food is amazing.

Online check in before arrival kept our wait time to a minimum. Excellent steak, very juicy, cooked as ordered, unbelievably tender, piled high with mushrooms and onions. Nobody in our party had a single complaint. Service was very good as well.

Nice place good service. But remember if you go on a Saturday get there early because they're super busy.

I've been going to Texas Road house for yrs, The food is always awesome. I've never had a complaint. Great place to have parties too!

I have now been to several locations, and the consistency is always there. Other places are hit and miss, but Texas Roadhouse has been dependable everywhere I've gone.

I had only been here this one time and my experience was great. The waiter took good care of us and showed us the menu. The food was very yummy.
