Texas Roadhouse reviews
20OMG customer service is awesome. Aldeir was our server. Excellent customer service and food was hot and fresh. Tasty appetizers. We had the boneless bbq wings. Ate as many hot rolls with that wonderful butter. My Husband order a 16 oz prime rib and cooked to perfection. I would give them 10 stars for good food and service.
1st time here, never coming back. Burnt food, missing drinks, missing food.
Didn't have time to be thorough, but I do now:
I just want to elaborate on this. I understand it was fathers day and that it was busy. However it doesn't excuse the multiple times having to ask where something is or why something has not come out yet.
Examples:
We ordered Sodas and Drinks. We got half the sodas that drinks were not ordered with and we got the drinks with the sodas on the other half. Not sure why we didn't get all the sodas at-least and the drinks come when they come. Didn't make sense and having to ask where it is 3 times before they came is confusing.
Food, all the food came out except mine and my other daughters. Waited almost 20 minutes for the other food. When all the food came out, there were no veggies anywhere. We asked twice where they were and still never got them until after THEY were done eating. How they ate there food is baffling to me. Wife asked for Well Done and it was burnt. Father in law asked for Med Well, it was well done.
I ordered Ribs, it tasted like nothing but fat. I asked if they were beef but I can swear they were pork.
We did not even ask for a manager, I just asked for a box so I could just give the food to my dogs and paid. However the server said she would bring a manager. Like everything else she said, nothing was followed through. Honestly, I don't even care, my first time there and I really don't think it was worth the 140 we spent. I would had rather spent 220 at Fugo De Chao.
Edit
Appreciate the response and the 50$ comp, but we will still not return. We didn't use the 50$ comp, I deleted it.
Enjoyed my steak! Like how you can look at the different cuts of steak before being seated. Rolls are soft, warm & great with their honey butter. The brownie dessert was delicious & can easily be shared by 3 or 4 people.
We had prime rib, EXCELLENT ️️. And service was fantastic. The atmosphere is fun, & even though it was Father's day, & a bit crowded, we really didn't wait that long; as they had said a little over 45 minutes or so, but it was no where near that, in fact I'm sure it was closer to 20.
Overall great experience.
Food was okay, not the best. I enjoyed the rolls. My waitress was pretty nice. However my table wasn’t the cleanest. I got to my chair across from my friend and he was dirty had someone unidentifiable items on the chair. Which was ok so I moved beside him then I got a seat that was leaking water on me. So I asked to be moved then the host legit just moved the table a few inches forward. Honestly I might try a different location and hope for better. But I’ll say I was disappointed. I understand it was Crowed soo I didn’t make a fuss about It but I think they should do a better job of cleaning. As well as accommodating request especially when the ceiling was leaking. I’m going to assume it was an a/c just leaking water. But it’s not something you would like to experience while eating. My first time at any Texas road house wasn’t a great experience
We always love going here they have the best bread ever. This time we tried something new. My fiance had the beef tips and rice and I had the smoothered pork chops. The come with mushrooms but I don't eat them so I just had the onions and gravy. The service is always great.
Curbside was really convenient. Picked up the onion blossom and their famous rolls to go along with my ribs for dinner. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for affordability and quality eats!
After a long day of searching for a hotel during the rolling black outs of 77090 area of Houston, we had to stop for food and found this place. Awesome services.
My food came out on a dirty plate, steak (medium) over cooked and food was cold. The manager had it remade and comp'ed which I appreciate but this is the 2nd trip with issues.
Both steaks and sides were good. Everyone was polite. Long wait time but probably because the city was excited to get out of the house
Dine in was always fine over the years. Once COVID hit and we order take out a few times the order was either messed up or completely missing meals. They offer a coupon to cover the meal. One of the coupon didn’t cover everything that was missing. I haven’t been back since. Hopefully service will return back to normal. We used to enjoy going here.
Was trying help correct a problem with my phone order and the young lady hung up in my face but not before she said "WHATEVER".
BEST PLACE TO EAT! I feel so welcomed and right at home as soon as enter the door the employees always give you a smile. The food is absolutely delicious and cook to perfection. The food is hot just like I like it. I like that the waiters are bilingual speakers. And having a goodtime with my family. Thank you TEXAS ROADHOUSE for making my dinning experience the most pleasant!
Service specially Olga, Elizabeth and Asst. Manager were absolutely OUTSTANDING.food was 2nd no none that 10oz rib eye looked and felt like a 20oz.sides were perfect on the dime. Thx for such great service.only thing I would fix is the turned off letters on outside sign.but all else was gratifying.
Horrible experience. Carla, one of the managers, did her best to save face after the male manager all but refused to come out and address all of the people who had been waiting one hour or MORE for orders they had placed. I was there for 1 hr.and 38 minutes waiting for (2) cheeseburgers, grilled chicken w/baked potato, and a kids meal only to have items missing and warm, partially cold food! I kept my receipt (with notes) & would like to be compensated for my time, lack of service, dismissive hostess, & money spent. Especially after being without power and water during the storm and this being the only meal my family ate all day.
Food was delicious. I ordered the beef tips. Super tender. Rolls were hot and soft. They have some of the best sweet compared to other restaurants.
The place was packed with customers. The food was good but the herb roasted chicken was a bit salty. The rolls with the honey cinnamon butter were absolutely perfect.
This location has the best Food.best Service. The cleanliness of the store was beyond discription. If you can eat there do so.
Service was great.
Everything else, as it always is, top notch for a chain restaurant. The bread,? Steak, and sides. Always a $30 meal, but worth it when the service was as good as it was last night.
Great place. Our server was excellent. Wish I could adopt him. The Prime Rib was awesomely wonderful and the Baked Potato and Dinner Salad were, as well. I absolutely love the Low Fat Ranch Dressing on it. I always finish my salad. The Rolls are too dang good. Stop it!
