Texas Roadhouse, Garland TX

One of the best service oriented places I've visited.the staff wearing t shirts saying "I Love my Job" and they exhibited just that and the host Cheyenne was awesome.oh and the food was excellent as well

OMG! I had a Pork Chop, Sweet Potato w/Cinnamon Butter, Green Beans and a side of cooked Apples. Our server was precious! I can not wait to do it again!

Long wait but we told server we were catching a movie and she timed everything out. Steak was perfect and tender, beer was cold and service excellent as usual.

Ordered online. Went directly to "To go" counter. Received my order in a timely manner. Everything was correct. When I got home (10 minutes top) from and went to eat my steak it was cold. I didny expect it to be hot, but luke warm would have been nice.

Went to the one in Garland, Texas. The waitress was very attentive, however, I ask for my steak to be well done, it was not, my margarita didn't taste usual, the waitress fixed the one I had, overall, the service was better than the food.

Love this texas roadhouse! Our server Maddy was such a sweetheart. Was a friend pickle girl for a long while but those snake bites are to die for!

Starter combo wasn’t the best, salad was fine, country fried steak was tough but still chewable and mashed potatoes were fine. Environment is great for game day & adults not kids or babies since it gets extremely loud and every table is booked, over seated and too close. Waitress set the mood for my table with a wont ask, can’t do attitude. Overall 3 stars restaurant unless you are at the bar enjoying the game. Location was clean.

Guys love y’all service every time eating at any location is just a sensational experience!
Not like Cheddar’s they don’t have a clue of Grilling a piece of meat a complete offense to a cow. Texas Roadhouse y’all the best!

This is probably the best experience I've had in a long time in a restaurant. I sat at the bar and the two ladies bartending it provided me with extraordinary service and the young lady manager who brought my plate was extremely attentive and gracious. I'm just sorry that I missed the opportunity to let them in person how I felt. Great experience!

Excellent service and pace of meal. Never felt rushed and each course came at an even pace. Call ahead as late evening can be busy.
Great food and cooked perfectly. Try the filet and ribs ribs do fall off the bone and lots of tasty meat. Great place to dine for any occasion.

Wish I had thought to take a photo of this delicious salmon Caesar salad. Paired with a draft Shiner, it was a great dinner. Service was excellent. Maybe a little bit loud inside. Will definitely be back to try some different items!

Shaun was AWESOME. Attentive. Extremely polite and got us things we didn't even think we needed at the perfect timing. This is the first time we've dined in at full restaurant since the pandemic. And the staff was great, courteous, it i could give more stars i definitely would.

This particular location was awesome, easy to get to, the wait wasn't long but there were several people there considering it was a weekday evening. Kid friendly, fully equipped to handle toddlers. The food came out at a decent speed, cooked to perfection. They did an amazing job recognizing our birthday person's day. There was a small hiccup with the order and we didn't immediately get bread until we inquired about it after we received our kiddos food and our drinks. But they were both remedied graciously with haste. All in all it was a wonderful experience and great food.

We have been wasting our time and been waiting for more than an hour that supposed to be 45mins only that the receptionist giving set of time on the text msg. Never ever go to this restaurant again. Poor service.

I love this restaurant but this was the last time I ate there, we find a worms on the? S and the stakes wasn't cook the way I asked, hope they take care of all the veggies people is eating

No matter which location I go to dine, the food is always excellent, cooked and presented perfectly, wait staff is top notch and friendly, and the crowd is well mannered and not acting crazy like in most places these days. My favorite restaurant!

Latest review with curbside service up by 40% you would think this place would have improved since my last review 2 yrs ago but they have not! And note Mgr only replies to positive reviews, weak. Everything still applies from 1st review note mashed potatoes container barley half full, small side bbg sauce also half full ribs overcooked again, salads small, you would think after 3 attempts of ordering to go full slab dinner with additional salad and sweet potatoes I would have learned my lesson. I will try a different location and keep you all posted. >>last review. Thought I try them again for Slab of Ribs To Go and as before Ribs are dry. I do rate them 3 1/2 stars for the checking of order with to be sure nothing forgotten. FYI asked for bbq sauce 1 slab = 1 small container of sauce.

This Texas Roadhouse is the best out of any restaurant in North Texas when it come to to-go orders. I have never had to wait longer than a minute or two for my order to be brought out to my car. Contrast that with other places that make you wait half an hour for to-go orders (I'm looking at you Chili's). Also, my orders are always correct without any errors at Texas Roadhouse and the food tastes great. During this pandemic many places are struggling to provide fast and accurate service, with that said, this is one of the only places around that is upholding great service during these challenging times.
