Great food. Beef tips are yum. Their burger was surprisingly tasty! Chili is very flavorful.

The ToGo department of this restaurant is completely horrible. First night, my order didn’t contain items that I specifically asked for and had to ask the employee when he came outside the next trip. Very next night, the items were once again missing and I waited for over an hour to receive my order outside. This isn’t ok at all.

Our party of six was served quickly and efficiently on a busy Sunday afternoon, and my chicken fried sirloin was delicious! Sorry I passed on the beautiful side salad my companions enjoyed, I sure won't next time! Highly recommend!

Ordered a med rare ribeye turned out super rare. Since we had the movie to catch so we couldn’t wait for my steak to recook so I asked the waiter to take it off my check and just charge for my sides since I ate all of them he then proceeded to tell me next time if i want to order med rare i should order medium since “from my experience working here for example whoever ordered well done their steak always came out a little pink so next time just order up 1 temperature if you want your steak right” i mean how am I supposed to know that? !

We had the t-bone steak and ribs and they were really good. The place was pretty busy on a Friday night but the wait wasn't too bad. The waiter was nice and did a good job. The only negative I have is that the floors should have been cleaner and I'm not sure if they wipe the tables after every service. I'm still giving 4 stars for food and service.

It was a really good experience! We didn't have to wait long for a table, which going a little earlier helped, and our server was very attentive to us.

Always amazing! It was packed but even a group of 3 went in within 5 minutes. Food is always delicious and the bread is spectacular. I choose my steakhouses by bread and Texas roadhouse is my go-to!

My first time at this location and enjoyed it very much. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! Service was great. All employees had smiles on their face! We had a amazing date night! We will return to this location!

This is becoming our favorite steak restaurant chain to visit when we get a hankering for steaks and burgers. The service is consistently excellent. The food was very good at the price.

We went Thursday evening around 5 for dinner. We didn’t have to wait for a table and were seated right away. It was hubs and I and our 2 toddlers. Our waitress’ name was Beyonce and she was EXCELLENT! From the moment she got our drinks, appetizers to our order and checking on us and my favorite part is when she would bring us a new drink without having to tell her. She was on top of everything! The food was so good and fresh! This was our first time at this location and we’re definitely coming back! I really liked the cheese fries since we’d always get the onion blossom; we decided to try a different appetizer and so glad we did! We left her a really good tip! I really hope the owners of this place or a manager reads this review because Beyonce was WONDERFUL and made our first time visit here very welcoming!

Today I tried to get my veterans meal from Texas Roadhouse in Webster called in since I was working nights to ask if I could take it to go and they told me no that I had to be there between 11 and 2 while I was sleeping since I work nights and they didn’t care.

Had the 8oz Sirloin & skewer of grilled shrimp, loaded sweet potato, house salad.everything was hot, fresh, made perfectly. Delicious

Texas Roadhouse is not my favorite, but it was pretty good this time around. I noticed a small hair on one of my pieces of chicken, which is why I have it labeled as 3 stars. Being consciousness about those small things is so important. Food was not terrible but it's what I expected. Staff was nice and Kirk did a great job with our massive family. Thank you for working hard over the holidays!

I can say the same thing of this Texas Roadhouse as every other one I've been to: very consistent. Whether at home up north, traveling to the east coast or down to Houston, it's always the same.

Ate here last night. My steak was dry and the lettuce was wilted in my salad. Not impressed. Salt Grass is much better.

After reading through the other reviews, it seems the common theme here is raw or undercooked steaks. The family and I visited last night, and 2 out the 3 steaks we ordered medium rare were served straight up raw, including a $20 premiere ribeye.

Being seated next to the kitchen entrance, I had time to sit and watch the staff goofing off, chatting casually, and acting generally disinterested in the actual operation of the restaurant.

It would appear to me that the problems at this location originate with the overall management practices, resulting in poor food quality and service to the customer.

Roadhouse is the go to for my family. There ribeye is the best. And they have great ribs. The green beans is good it has bacon flavor and little bacon bits. Corn is good and their seasoned rice is exceptional. Rolls are a must have. Some of their other steaks like tbone, NY strip steak, prime rib are dry. The grilled shrimp is outstanding.

The family and I stopped in for lunch. This was the first time coming back after having a horrible experience about 2 years ago. I ordered the steak and grilled chicken combo with 2 sides. Steak was good and the chicken was even better. Always love the fresh bread and cinnamon butter. Glad my experience was 100% different then before. Look forward to coming back.
