Steak was DELICIOUS! Everything was so good especially the shrimp. Seasoning was on point. Can’t wait to go back.

I always love this place, just getting in can be a hassle. Seems like most of the time there are long lines and long waits. The food is great, never had bad service, prices are reasonable. One of the few places around that can cook steak to order, we order both ends of the spectrum, rare and burnt.

I chose this place to welcome my parents upon their arrival in this great country, this restaurant was one of my favorites until Thursday the 8th of this month, terrible service, we stayed for more than an hour, almost two to be served the food, we arrived at 7 at night and left at 11 and almost to close the restaurant, they gave us a table for 6 people being a group of 8 people and when we asked the guy who served us to accommodate us in another place in a bad way he turned his face on us and left, when he brought us the welcome starter I almost threw it on the table, the meat was overcooked, it was almost impossible for my parents to chew it, TERRIBLE SERVICE, this restaurant is not worth visiting anymore The pride is so much that the food can dislike him

Sat there for 15 mins never got drinks watched them seat and serve another group of people so we got up and left bad customer service

My favorite steakhouse.nothing better than a New York strip and plain baked sweet potato and mouth watering dinner roll

Got there early before the dinner rush, and got a good seat, great waitress 'Gloria' she checked on us and brought more drinks. Food was great. Very happy with everything.

First off, let me say this.it was a mother's day meal the week after, due to work scheduling. We were the third table to be sat, at 11am opening. Started great with host and server, then went downhill after the bread and her drink arrived. Her 16oz prime rib came out medium, when it was ordered VERY WELL DONE, pls. A different server comes back, asks her to remove the sides and she will get it right. Well, after 14 min, and my meal almost gone, I have to call across the floor to our server to find out where's the prime rib, besides her side items are cold. She says she will go check, about 5 min later a manager comes over. After I explained everything to her about how this was supposed to be a special meal for my girl, she said she will go check on it. 30 min after she ordered, the well-done prime rib FINALLY gets to the table. That is unacceptable. No offer of a dessert or appetizer or even a discount for this mother of 4. To make matters worse, the server acted like she didn't want to give me my military discount. I only gave 2 stars due to my NY Strip meal, it was good and cooked to order.

Well, thank you upper management for hearing my concern and immediately responding. I take great pleasure in saying, we will return and give yall another chance. I would hope that the hospitality and empathy I received, will flow down. Thank you for reaching out and taking action.

100% check your steak before you leave with a pickup order. Asked for medium, my steak is every bit of well done. My fault I guess.

Was awesome great food service the only thing is they forgot my ticket for my steak I picked out myself when you first walk in they ask you if u want to pick out ur own steak and u did and they completely forgot to make it for me good thing they didnt ring it up but other than that great place to just go out or I took a date she loved it oh and awesome margaritas

My steak and vegetables were perfectly cook! The atmosphere is fun & lively.
Excellent service! Can't wait to go again

6/16: I really should read my own reviews. Started at another restaurant but their wait time was long so I jumped online and this place said 5-15 wait. Check in online. Done. 5 minutes later I'm there, reply to the text "here. " Immeiate response "head to the host stand to be placed On Deck for one of the next open tables. " Haha, you mean to be placed in another waitlist, which is now 20 minutes additional. 23 minutes later, actually not bad, we are seated. We'll I am their towel as the seat was wet until my shorts soaked it up. What do I want to drink, they don't even have a texas beer on tap, shiner. Ok, what about a nice whiskey on the rocks? Makers mark, that's barely above crown. Got blanton, Woodford, anything above lowest tier? Nope. Waste of time.

2/23: Their food is good, but dont expect to get it in a timely manner. Good luck ordering to go. 1 hour to get an cactus blossom and a dozen rolls. Gentleman waiting their about the same time was offered a gift card for his inconvenience. I was offered a thank you for your patience. I'd still be waiting had I not asked for my food.

It was uncomfortably warm. It took us over an hour to get our food. Service was pretty good. Thank goodness. The food was ok. Not great like it usually is. Perhaps it was a reminder to eat at home and save money.

So we came here for my mom's birthday dinner we were a party of 14. If you have that many this is not the place for you. They unfortunately aren't built to cater to that big of a party. We had back to back booths so we all didn't get to sit together. Other than that the waiters did very well in serving us. Food was great. I asked for cosmopolitan they were missing a liquor and the bartender and our waiters figured out what to substitute so I could still have me drink. I appreciated that and whatever the subbed was great. Other than the seating all was great.

I’ve been calling for a week now trying to get a refund since I got charged twice and they either say they’ll call me right back or they’ll just hang up on me. Don’t recommend.

Good service and great food. If it’s busy be prepared to wait a long time for your food to come out.
