Texas Roadhouse, Killeen TX

Great service. We all had the Sirloin steaks and they were delicious. I love their dinner salads. Not just lettuce and tomatoes. Cheese and croutons as well.

Always extremely busy and loud. Salad and ribeye were delicious however portions sometimes seem smaller than other Texas Roadhouse locations

We recently visited this location. Although they were busy, they got us in quickly and got us seated right away. The food was good, but the wait staff was especially friendly and accommodating. They made sure all our needs were attended to and went above and beyond to make sure their service was top-notch. They were very busy, but we were seated immediately. It took a while for our food to come out, but everything was well prepared and delicious. Our waitress, Nichole, took fantastic care of us. Great place!

Busy busy busy but still the best steaks from a chain restaurant. 45 minute wait was tolerable. My ribs were slightly dry and over cooked, but they fell off the bone. Staff was extremely pleasant. The music was so loud patrons were yelling to be heard, or they were drunk and yelling. Overall it was delicious.

Great service! Our waitress was superb and she was extremely helpful and polite. There are only two things that were a bit of a damper on my experience. The wait (which I can't complain about too much as this is a rather popular place on the weekends), and both mine and my wife's steaks were under cooked, but it tasted delicious nonetheless. Overall a great resturant and even better on Sundays because Margaritas are $2!

I've spent more than once having to wait 30 minutes or more but the service and the food has always been worth the wait!

My husband, daughter (4 yrs old) and I went here for the first time ever. Never have we been to Texas road house. The hubby was very impressed. He loved the country fried sirloin. Daughter loved the rolls and peanuts. We will be coming back. Our waitress was amazing she was nice and helped us since this was our first time there. The manager was also super sweet when she came to check in on us. It was a little busy so we will call in ahead of time.

I Must have been to Road House over a 100 times through out the years, living in CTX.

Friendly service, great atmosphere, and excellent food!

FYI: TRH was off tonight, I know it was Tues but we expect service of a Friday night. My order was to go, evetybody blaming short staff, everybody acting like a deer in the headlights, results very slow. Not the fine tune "to go order" area I'm used to?

I ordered a 12 oz ribeye, medium rare. The steak was cut and cooked poorly. Over half of it was a single piece of fat or extremely rare. We already waited almost an hour from walking in to getting our food, so I declined a replacement and requested not to pay full price when the manager asked. They did not return to the table and added the "local hero" discount to the entree, for a whole 3.80 off the ticket. This felt below the bare minimum of effort to the point of disrespectful. Our waitress noticed we we're still upset when taking our payment so she went and told someone. The manager came back and this time provided a 50% discount on that entree and a certificate for an entree. I hate having to complain, and that I was essentially forced to do it twice was a frustrating and awkward experience. Resolving an issue should be about making it right, not about trying to push the bare minimum effort. I know many who would be too anxious to address the issue at all, let alone twice so this feels deceptive.

Great food and great service from Kenya ahead took great care of us and had plenty of patience with our request

It was very crowded, took 40 min to get a table but once we were seated our waitress was great. The food was cooked as requested we didn't have to send anything back. Our waitress kept replenishing our drinks and rolls.

I love the peanuts. The steaks are made to order. Good friendly service.
I recommend this place if you have the time.
Just made another visit. Unhappy with the Hostess. We were only ones there they made us wait. Saying they waiting on someone to seat us. There were 4 ladies there.after you get seats expect good service and food.

Our service was excellent! Our server Drago was very attentive to our needs and the steaks were prepared exactly the way we wanted. The food and ambiance was amazing. Also love the amble amount of peanuts on the table and on your way out the door for the taking.

We love this place! The food is delicious and it's affordable for huge families! We used to go weekly and we have tried almost everything and honestly everything tastes great!

Great service (our waitress was Brittany). I always try to ask what they waitor/waitress would recommend getting or at a minimum what their opinion is. Good call with the new Herb Crusted Chicken and $2 margaritas. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great atmosphere, great steaks, good service, always busy. If you can stand the 30 min plus wait, the food is great.

We loved our waitress. She made this horrible experience bearable. However our food was not cooked well. With it being a busy Saturday we understand that there are some mistakes that can be made we making good steak/sides. However we think the grill was set too high so the steaks came out charred on the outside but completely raw in the middle. (cold to the touch) we did order medium rare steaks so it's unfortunately something that can happen. That being said the mistake was shown to the on duty manager, she mentioned she could make another streak to order (we didn't want to wait Another 30 min for the food, and since it was so busy, that's not exaggerating) instead we asked to have half the steak price taken off (half the steak was edible). Not an unreasonable compromise. Instead we got a 20% discount. A whopping $3.83.after out fantastic waitress realized we were still upset she told the manager again who, surprise was able to get 50% taken off the steak AND a coupon voucher for another steak. That voucher will make an excellent bookmark considering we won't be returning after this experience.

Best place to eat hands down! Steak cooked to perfection! Best bread I've ever had and the butter is amazing. It has cinnamon blended into it, so sweet. The staff are the best in the biz. It's always packed so make sure you come early! The wait is more than worth it
