Texas Roadhouse, Grand Prairie TX

Service was good, went on a Sunday night around 9pm and it was crazy busy. The food and drinks took forever and my steak was over done. They fixed it but, it still took forever!

Wait time is too long. 1.5-2hrs. To make it worse they burned my steak the first time so I sent it back. Needless to say more waiting.

This was my First Visit to Texas Roadhouse and I had a great time and the food was Delicious and I will definitely be back.

The wait is LONG! (3 hours for a party of 5) The food was very good. We especially enjoyed the chili and the Rattlesnake Bites! Of course the bread and cinnamon butter were a hit! Steak was amazing

Service was ok, hair was baked into a roll, the steaks were not cooked to what we asked, and our drinking glasses had debris in them.

They're okay prices are overrated doesn't taste the same the value and the quality of the food has drop down tremendously. But the service was awesome.

The people working the takeout orders are rude, slow, and extremely careless. If I paid for an item I should receive it without argument or attitude.

Exceptional service from our waitress tonite when everyone on Grand Prairie decided to go out. DJ was awesome!

This place never cease to amaze me. Our waitress, chrissy was very knowledgeable about the menu, checked on us more than enough to ensure we were happyn and John one of the manager was pure radical. He caMe to our table and made sure the food and the service was superior. This place is the bomb!

Unbelievable! It was absolutely amazing! Robert was our server. Steaks were all done as ordered. All food came out hot. Not all at the same time but fresh and hot. I am in love with the Porterhouse. I ordered it medium. Perfect! Even Chef Ramsay would've loved it. Anyway, our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful culinary experience. Our family comes here at least once a month. The food was good except the cheese fries came out with essentially a solid piece of cheese on top, no complaints about service. The front door however, made a noise that sounded as if it came from a dying bottlenose dolphin and the music was so loud everyone that my wife and I were with had to yell at each other when we were talking. We went at 3pm for an early dinner and it was packed af.weren't seated till about 4: 15

Hands down, best steak for the money. Busy location, and expect a wait during peak hours depending on the size of your party as they have seating limitations compared to their crowd size. But the fact it is that popular speaks to the quality of their steak.

We called ahead sitting they told me on the fone it was a 10-15min wait we got there and waiting for 1hr to be seated once seated the hostess didnt give us utensils or got us plates for our rolls, our order was wrong had to be replaced 3 times

Been to this Texas Roadhouse a couple of times, but the last two times I’ve came I’ve gotten really bad food poisoning.

Very good food and the servers are happy people.
It is a very popular place. If you go during dinner time (on any day of the week) expect a wait time.

Great place for a nice family outing. Took my girlfriend and she loved it. Got out food delivered warm and sweet. Jessie is a great waiter!

Brisk and friendly service for a sit-down restaurant. The food is good as usual. Loud atmosphere when busy makes this place less than ideal for dinner conversation.

My siblings and i took mom out for a birthday dinner. Shelby, the server, was awesome! Putting up with us is no easy feat and she handled us with ease.even with both of my brothers flirting with her non stop. The food was great, and seeing my mom on the "Birthday Saddle" was priceless. Thanks for a great night out.
