I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Hutchens, and believed his diagnosis. 4 years later I get results back from my current doctor. I am floored. I feel like I was not taken seriously with my concerns on the testing, and I since I was never given copies of ANYTHING I could not review them. I went to ARC instead. I’ve had a much better experience here and would recommend their digital patient portal system. If you are considering going here for this doctor, read the reviews

I was a patient here for over almost ten years, however the last year the office staff was so rude and unhelpful I have decided to find another doctor.

Extremely rude and unhelpful front office staff. Even for a regular visit their attitude was horrendous. You couldn't ask questions without getting a eye roll. They will hang up on you mid-sentence if it something they do not want to help you with.

Very difficult to refill prescriptions, I needed a medication that was very necessary for my day to day, something I have been taking for the past 10 years daily. The "office manager" said their policy had changed and they couldn't refill it and they "posted it on their website". (How was I supposed to know).
