Everything they do is expensive and slow. Paying hundreds of dollars for licenses / certifications and it can take them over a month to stamp something and approve it.

They rescinded their position on allowing pharmacies to fill prescriptions without violating HIPAA law because they were nervous about the scheduled armed protest around their building. I was looking forward to eye contact with dirt bags holding back Hydroxychloroquine and Zpac from patients. Though we both know U07.1 and U07.2 means you could win the lotto before dying of a rarely fatal virus.

Was utterly disgusted to hear that you were requiring doctors to give diagnosis before filling hydroxy prescriptions. I do not have Covid but am appalled that you ever thought you had the power to get between a patient and their doctor. Thank goodness there was enough uproar to have you back off. It will however not be forgotten

Just wondering why the sudden lack of concern for patients refills of medication? Is it because
1) you get political donation?
2) are we trying to depopulate by keeping baby boomers from living?
3) the presidential politics?
4) somebody got a extra refill at the end of the year?
5) do you get compensated by insurance companies?
Alot of patients may be interested in the Truth.

They are reasonable and will work with you if you are respectful and patient. They too are bound by rules and regulations, as are all of us, especially since they are part of the TX government.

Every time i email this company about my Pharmacy Technician issues Marcelina Tapia is always the one i hear right back from and she always resolves anything pertaining to my license. She’s so fast and thorough. Need more like her.

I've contacted the TSBP 5 or 6 times in the past year regarding my Internship. All those times the pharmacist intern specialist, Melinda was very helpful.

I think Texas State Board of Pharmacy doing their job well Teri Folkner! Me personally, I wouldn't hire somebody that would lie about a "minor misdemeanor" in a rant on public state board websit. "Secure execution doc decept =$1,500<20k" I think is a felony last I heard of. Btw, how was 6 months in corrections go for you from 2003? I wouldn't want somebody with your attitude to register with the state either. McDonalds is always hiring. Good bye and good luck!
