Best decision I've made coming here. Thanks to Alexis Rodriguez referring myself and my son to TSO. Everything from the front end ladies and the Doctor were pleasant. I was explained what my insurance covered and my options I had on lenses was amazing. No pressure to make immediate decisions. I know Alexis as a very humble professional person and always smiling and if she works there I knew the atmosphere was going to be good. Although Alexis wasn't there today I'll see her there soon as I'm convinced in becoming a patient for life. Thank you to all the staff for taking your time to make me feel welcomed and valued you just cannot find that anymore.

Highly recommend this office! Everyone who works here, from the front desk to the doctors, are friendly, welcoming, and very thorough. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez’s for years and she is always helpful and answers any questions I have. The staff here makes it an easy and smooth process from start to finish. This office also has a great selection of glasses frames so you’re sure to find a style that works for you.

Never been so dissatisfied with a business before. Tried overcharging me as if I didn’t have vision insurance. The front desk girls don’t know how to verify insurance. Verified my own insurance and it was not even in the same ballpark as what they were telling me. They told me it’s my responsibility to ask about copay’s when I scheduled the appointment. The girls at the front desk have a serious attitude problem. Been coming here for a long time and I can promise I won’t be back.
