I had such a nice experience today! Dr. Lorenzana was great for my exam but the standout was Brittnae who helped me choose my frames! I was going to leave with nothing until she spent the time & patience to help me try on tons of glasses and give helpful feedback. All staff is super friendly and professional.

It is always a pleasure going to my eye doctor every year. Dr. Shah is always personable and takes time with her patients unlike most doctors in different fields! Her staff is just as great.they also take time with us and takes care of our needs.

Dr. Rita Shah is the best with details and very knowledgeable. Very cheerful and pleasure to visit. Recommend anytime.

We were in an emergency and needed new glasses as soon as possible. Optician was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us squared away quickly!

All went well. Everyone in this office were very friendly and helpful with this visit. Receptionists and consultants were very helpful with information about vision adjustments and possibilities of anything that could possibly happen in the far future with my vision. Dr. Melanie Lorenzana O. D.took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my vision. Dr. Lorenzana made all adjustments to figure out how my vision has progressed from my last eye exams. I will return to check out and purchase frames and lenses later this year. Thankyou for your patience with me and all my concerns about my vision. See you again.

The service was great. The doctor was very patient and did an excellent job at explaining my test results. The staff was courteous and helpful.

POC beware. I had an appointment for 10am so I arrived at 9: 45-9: 50am. I checked in and took a seat to wait. At around 10: 20am I was still waiting with no updates and another woman who looked the OPPOSITE of myself sat and waited 10 minutes and was called back for her appointment. I asked the receptionist why was I skipped. She said she noticed that same thing as well. She went to the back to speak with the doctor and came back and told me that she was sorry but there was nothing she could do to get me seen at that time because the other customer had started her exam already. I was treated like trash at this place and the attitude of the staff was passive and uncaring. One staff member even laughed at me in my face after I became curious as to why I was being treated as such. The only excuse the staff had was my appointment was mixed up and ultimately, it was not the other customers turn. I refused to spend my money with this establishment. I also recorded the incident just in case they try to state I didn’t show up or charge me any fees. Terrible! My husband and I will never return.

The Doctor Shah is amazing, she tooked her time checking on my visión, and the staff were very cordial.

Hadn’t been to the optometrist in awhile, so this was long overdue! Wasn’t sure where to go but heard several great things about this location. Dr. Rita Shah and her team were nothing short of excellent throughout the entire exam and in explaining everything! I’ve found my new Vision home!

Very displeased! Miss Melanie was dismissive and curt. She did do a thorough exam but took little time to discuss the results, never made any recommendation for a new eye glass prescription, informed me I have cataracts and dismissed me!

They don’t know how to do schedules, I told them my daughter gets out of school at 4: 10pm and they booked me at 4: 20 pm, I’m leaving 90 to get to fort bend toll, got there pass 10 minutes and they didn’t want to see her, what a waste of my time.

My visit with Dr. Shah are always great. She is very thorough and she makes sure you understand what she is saying. Always kind, loving and concerned for your needs. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. I love being a patient at this office.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had: I walked in and walked out within 30 min and all my problems were solved. I had my eye exam, I had my vision checked and I was looked one of the doctors. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. It was far the best experience I’ve ever had with any optometrist. I was visiting from NJ and just had my glasses stolen and TSO sorted it out within 30 min. Thanks guys
