TSO was great! We had some issues getting my insurance figured out, and the staff kept trying and were calling me to keep me updated. And, Dr. Young was very helpful and thoroughly explained what was going on with my eyes and how that would explain the problems I was having.
TSO Woodlands is an outstanding facility. They were very helpful and concerned about my comfort and answered my questions so that I would understand the procedures undertaken. Good work on their part.
Very informative staff. They worded hard to show us all options including best approach w/ our insurance options. For sure will come back to have my daughter's eyes seen.
By far the best exam I've had ever. Dr yee-young is great and I learned quite a bit from her at my visit. The rest of the staff were great as well and the girl who did my tests was cute lol
I loved this office! Took myself and 3 kids for exams and glasses and the staff took very good care of us. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me stay in a great price point and explained my insurance coverage thoroughly. The Dr.was super nice and good to my kids and I really appreciated that. Will definitely make this our place to go for eye exams!
