Texas Tails Pet Ranch & Spaw, Cleburne TX

First time here for my large breed dog. He looks and smells wonderful! Well definitely go back.

I broaded Mia my fur baby for the first time. They were very good staff. I called to check on her the second day and I got to talk to the girl that was taking care of her and she told me she was doing great. I would recommend them to anyone to leave their fur babies. Price's were great. Thanks to the staff

I took my dogs to their appointment and the groomer was out and they did not have my number they said to call me and reschedule. They said they would call me the next day and reschedule and a week later and no ever called so I called back. Now they can't get me in for another 2 weeks. Horrible service. Don't waste your time.

I decided to use Texas Tails after reading reviews and because of convenience. (4 miles from my home) First I booked my 16 month old Doberman, Loki for boarding June 28-july 2. Before his boarding date, I took him for his nails. They were cut but not dremmeled like I asked. Didn't get the woman's name who did them, but the reason she gave was he wouldn't be still. There were 2 people holding him, but ok. Never had that problem before. Then I took my 2 chi girls. Katie cut and dremmeled all of their nails perfectly! Then it comes time to board Loki. I asked the girl working the desk to please have his nails done within his 3 day stay. She said and I'm sure I saw her put it on books and computer, she had him down for June 30. I went to pick him up today, July 2nd. He was in a small kennel. (they said it was medium) He is 100lbs and could barely turn around in there. He chewed his leash in half. He got no play time with other dogs, which I requested. I was also told I would get update text. Didn't receive any. I had to call them. His nails were not done at all. The girl at the desk said it wasn't on the books. I told her that in the few times I have visited their place, that I have heard that from other customers either on the phone or in person. Seems like the people booking appointments need to do a better job. They have appointment paper books and it is put into computer but still NOT being followed.

Love this place! And I INSTANTLY felt they love pets here! My German Shepherd/Husky mix doggy loves them, and he looks so great after a brushing, bath and nails done. VERY reasonable prices and a great staff!

Our pups first visit for fullday of daycare. They enjoyed the outdoor spaces and staff. They wore themselves out playing.

They always take excellent care of our fur babies, there’s clearly a rapport with them and the animals. Price is reasonable. Will continue to bring our animals here for boarding needs.

They are Wonderful not like PetDepot on North Main Street in Cleburne. I picked up my beloved dog from there and she was still soaked and the woman there cut my babies toe nails too short and then argued with me that is the way to cut them. I hate that place.

My dogs love it here, we love taking them (all 3) there. Amanda is our groomer and she loves our pets and they love her. She does a really great job. I wish I owned the place because it's so nice.

First time using them and it definitely won't be the last, they took really good care of my puppies and the staff is great.

Betty is a little hard to deal with but the girls at the boarding facility are great with her. They are always so kind and caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a puppy.

Groomer cut my dog and will not own up to her faults because she doesn’t want to be held responsible for vet bill. They also do not do everything they say they do during the grooming service, like clean ears, shave sanitary area. My dog had a cut after his appointment. It was small so I didn’t make a bid deal. Then I had to take him to the vet to get glands cleaned since they don’t fully clean them. Had them check the wound area. They ended up having to shave him and clean wound and gave him a topical spray. Reached out to groomer and they don’t want to take any responsibility. Claiming my dog were matted, which they were I have pictures of him before he went.

They take great care of my almost deaf three-legged cocker spaniel/schnauzer mix when we're gone. I sometimes have them give him a bath before we come back and he smells so good and has so much energy (typically just lays around) when we pick him up! I feel like he must surely be more active there, playing with other dogs, but I don't know. I just know he's happy and energetic and smells good when I pick him up! I would highly recommend Texas Tails Pet Ranch & Spaw!

We took our golden retriever there. He's 15 months old and has never been away from home yet since he's technically a "covid" puppy. They were absolutely wonderful with him and will definitely be back. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to groom and/or board their furbabies.

We have two senior pugs and this place treated them like kings. They usually get incredibly anxious when we aren't next to them, but they were wagging their tails as they went back for their bath. Texas Tails is also a clean, well kept facility, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't recommend it any higher to anyone looking to spoil their babies.

I take my German Shepherd here ALL THE TIME. My dog LOVES them. This place is WONDERFUL. My mutt is SPOILED by the staff!
