This company has always been responsive to any questions I had about the protest process which is really confusing as a first-time homeowner. They were so great that I recommended them to my parents and grandparents too actually.

We have used Texas Tax Protest the last 4 years. Thankfully, the have been able to keep our market rate at bay. The TTP team has always been there for me to answer any questions I’ve had, and I appreciate the care & attention to detail they’ve shown to me and my property throughout the entire process. I would never use anyone else because it’s so nice knowing they’ve got my back year after year handling my protests for me. Definitely would recommend!

Hired to protest two properties in San Antonio, Texas. I have called several times and never received a return call. The properties were never protested. I was stuck paying the full appraisal. I paid the flat rate for service for two years. Bexar Appraisal stated they never protested. Never use again.

Beware of these scammers. I got scammed since my tax demand got lowered because of my homestead exemption, even though they charged me.

I found out about Texas Tax Protest through a mail-in advertisement. Because of a plethora of tax protest companies, I was hesitant to use them, but ultimately, I am very happy I went with them. They managed to save me a little over one thousand dollars. The customer service from Valeria Valadez has also been outstanding. I did not have to hound anyone for answers, and she has been prompt when responding to my emails. I will continue to use Texas Tax Protest as long as they are responsive and provide results. To any first-time homeowner, like me, it can be daunting navigating the responsibilities owning a house, so I recommend giving them a try to make your life a bit easier. It has been a blessing to have found a company that alleviates some of the stress of being a homeowner.

Unfair. Hated Veterans. Think a aa email is a source of contact. Mailing is the best and only contact. No respect for home owners only to cheat the community out of there hard earned dollars.

Still waiting since May for a call back or email notifying of the results from their appeal on my behalf. Based upon the tax bill i received in December they were unsuccessful. Next step is reporting fraud through my bank.

I want a refund. The validity of this company should be questioned due to their lack of communication, urgency, & follow thru on what they’ve promised their clients. $295 wasted and I want a refund immediately.

The customer service reps go above and beyond to assist. With the market at it’s all time high this year frustration on my end was high. The reps returned my call within 48hrs and calmly explained this to me. I even received a follow up email after our conversation so that I can have a direct email for faster a response for next year or any time I may have questions. It made me feel cared for individually as a client.

Beware of this company. My wife and I decided to work with Texas Tax Protest thinking they would help lower our annual property tax amount all.to receive no communication outside of an automated email response this past month showed they were unable to lower our rate without providing any specifics as to their efforts. Instead they ran with our $300.00 and we're left fighting our property tax rate ourselves. I hope folks read this before choosing to go this route as I'm sure better options are available than Texas Tax Protest.

Great service, simple data input, great result (saved almost 1,000 dollars in only one tax year).

First time using their service and their communication could be better. I had to email them for update and they responded with no saving. Money wasted that I could have done myself.
