Texas Tires #23, Waxahachie TX

Really great spot, we were looking to find a local tire shop now that we are living in Waxahachie and this place has been amazing. Donny is super helpful and we will be coming back to get our tires changed here in the future. Thanks y'all!

Though I have been to Texas Tire #23 several times, I'm always surprised by the level of service, communication, and quality of work that I receive. The reason for surprise? Because, like many other consumers, I to am susceptible to the aesthetically calculated marketing designs of brick and mortar chains. You will not get that at Texas Tire. But what you will get is a very comfortable seating area, and staff and technicians committed to the service of your vehicle both during and after installation.
During my second to last visit at Texas Tire, I received a phone call saying they couldn't put on the component they were attempting to install on my truck. Very upsetting! Though after conducting thorough research, determined that, 1 -No installation instructions were available for the component I purchased, and 2 - The component was mis-advertised as being compatible with the year model of my vehicle. I believe that if the techs didn't care about quality of service, they could have found a way to put the component on and get paid. But instead they put my vehicle back together and let me know that it would not be safe to do the install. I carry very precious cargo in my truck, so for that I'm too grateful!
After searching around and purchasing components that I confirmed were compatible with my truck I made another appointment for the install. During the consultation portion of my appointment, I had not known that the lead suspension technician's wife had went into labor. Even with this, he still took the time to listen to what I wanted while giving valuable feedback, and conducted multiple measurements of varying suspension adjustments on my truck to ensure it would be at an optimal configuration to maintain ride quality, while allowing for maximized ride-height with no tire rub or coil binding. I could not be happier with the performed work and the reasonably priced service of Texas Tire - Waxahachie! And for those interested, the service technician did make it to the hospital on time!

Solid work and quickly done. They know how to handle beadlock wheels unlike some of these clown shows.

Dean took the time to blow up my tire and show me how to use my air compressor.
And they helped me get a new when we saw it was damaged and dangerous to drive. You both were very kind and I am grateful for your help in a time of need!

I was calling around today for a good price to get some tires installed. Texas Tire was my third call. The sales rep Done answered and was extremely kind and helpful. He gave me the most reasonable price I'd been quoted so far. I went right over to have the tires installed. I was met with a friendly greeting and exceptional customer service! The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The work was completed quickly and efficiently! So glad I called. They've definitely gained a customer for life.

Scratched three of four rims, switched my new wheel lock with old lock, then asked if I took pictures of my rims before I had the new tires put on the rims, if I had known I had to take pictures first I never would have let them put the tires on and I had no scratches on none of my rims, and the young man Donnie is pretty cool, but that David guy is a piece of work. He couldn't just say we screwed up how can we fix this, that was to much like right.

8/27 @ 3: 45pm stopped by for a tire rotation. I was told they close at 4 and didn’t have time to get it done before then. No other customers where there. As a shop owner, this would never fly. Especially for a quick service like this one. If this is the case then you need to advertise you stop serving customers at an earlier time.

Very cool crew very helpful I told them I wanted rims that day and they got me on rims. I really want to give a shout out to employee Dean Bonyo he was a bunch of help and a very genuine cool guy.

This store sell you a six month finance with 0 interest is all a lie Don't fall for it. They don't care about you paying three times as much for tires as longest they make their sell and put you in a loan that is going to cost you $$$. They are not knowledgeable at all. They need to be train them better and disclosure.

Have used the Waxahachie location several times. Bought my tires from them, have my tires rotated and have never had an issue with the service. The wait time has been reasonable and I have always left satisfied. Those wondering about the financing. They have a payoff period that is same as cash. They are very informative and heavily advise you to pay them off during the payoff time due to the interest being so high. I appreciated the honesty.

Excellent guest service, they took care of my conserns fast and easy, verdad happy with there service.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I went in this morning for a tire rotation and and balance. Was greeted and service written so that the tech could get started on my car. Next thing I knew, I was out of there.

The entire crew at the Waxahachie location did a phenomenal job taking care of wheels/tires on 2 of my trucks. Great people to work with and I would highly recommend them! Excellent service and experience can easily overcome minor price differences.

Great service! Everytime I have been into TT I have had my vehicle back in a flash. Also, ALWAYS quality work. I wouldn’t look anywhere else other than Texas Tires to get your tire needs taken care of!

Hello to all! I've been using hachie TT for several ulyears now, I would guess probably since it opened. I don't go there for autobahn modifications of my vehicles, I go there for everyday stuff like lifts, levels, tire purchases, rotate & balance etc. My family has probably done 6 trucks there, another 4 cars, along with trailer tires etc.
They DAVID & DONNIE, have always, yes, ALWAYS taken care of myself & my fam. &, if, there's ever been a need to make something right, they have done it. Enough said. Thanks TT. I'll be back soon

This place literally states "we wouldn't steer you wrong" on their Facebook page. Don't let that fool you. My husband called over the weekend and asked them if they had all weather tires for a 2014 KIA Sorento. The manager of this location suggested all terrain tires and stated that there was not a big difference and the tires would not be loud. He had some deal and he would have to order them but could get them in the next day. They would be cheaper. We never asked for cheaper tires just correct for a KIA Sorento. Never mentioned that the original tires we asked for were already in stock.
The tires were so loud it sounded like I was flying a plane. The same day we picked up the car. Less than 20 miles driven. I asked if there was any way to pay the difference and get the original tires we called about. The manager refused and even stated he didn't know why he was talking to me because the transaction was between him and my husband. Then refused to take the tires off and replace my original tires. He told me they could not resell the tires they sold my husband because they don't stock them and they are not something they put on many cars. Why even suggest them for a KIA? Horrible service.

This Place is Terrible, Didn't even get the Correct Tires i asked for. WILL NOT BE SEEING ME AGAIN.
