I am a repeat customer and decided to upgrade my Upper and Lower control arms on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. On October 11,2023 I made a purchase for Metalcloak upper and lower control arms and a new tie rod and paid a little over $2400. The guy notified me that the parts would be ordered and I would be able to return and get them installed on October 20,2023.
I returned on October 20 at 8am and was notified by Manny that the parts were never actually ordered and he notified one of the guys to call me (to which they forgot to call) and notify me of the situation. Manny was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience and even offered to pick my truck up from work if need be. I told him to just please call me when the parts arrived and I would get them installed asap.
On October 31,2023 I still had not heard from Texas Tire so I called and asked if my parts had arrived. The person I spoke with said they had arrived and again failed to call me concerning the parts. I told him I would be bringing my truck by at 8am on November 1,2023 and he agreed. I returned on Nov 1 at 750am and was notified by one of the guys that his alignment person would not be in the shop today until 2pm due to him moving and he would be in later at 2pm or so. I was told if I left my truck there I wouldn't get it back until the next day. I had plans that night and would be out of a vehicle so I asked him if he was able to get me in the next day on Nov 2 to which he said yes and if I brought my truck up early then I should get it back before 2pm.
I returned again on Nov 2 at approximately 8 20am and dropped my truck off. It was around 130pm and I still had not heard from Texas Tire. I called and was told that they were working on my truck and that their alignment person had to go pick up his kid and would return to work and at earliest I would get my truck back was at 6pm.
Overall Manny I appreciate your professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for me as I am sure you do that for all of your customers. However I don't feel some people on your staff have the same mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to assist someone. I think communication has been one if the biggest issues in my story with this store as well as availability for one of your workers (alignment person). I appreciate the effort, but I will not be shopping at this store again.

Brought my truck in for a tire repair today. Everyone was prompt, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location

We called on a Sunday in need of tires for our college kid that was headed back Tuesday. They got her tires on with great price but a great tire. Can not stress how much this mom appreciates them understanding my panic for new tires. Thank you

Prices for the tires I purchased were 50$ higher than the normal market price. Other than that the workers were friendly.

Late on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and had a blow out and im from out of town. Went everywhere and not one place was willing to get me back on the road to spend time with my family for the Holliday but this man, Manny Mahasneh at Texas Tires 18 in Burleson. As I said I'm from out of town but I'll never go anywhere else but this place from now on. Thank you Manny for helping me out and getting me back with my family.

Manny is flat out amazing.

These guys have done 3 lift/level kits for me and multiple tire sets. All have come out exactly how I wanted them if not better. His advise and ability to customize a kit to fit your exact wants and his honesty about if something is stupid is exactly what customers needs in this line of buisness. And if something isn't quite right he has fixed it.

10/10 would recommend just telling him what you want and let him build it for you. The man knows his stuff.

These guys are awesome. I had some suspension work done approximately a year ago with a new lift. I started hearing some metal rubbing or some type of noise coming from underneath the truck that sounded like something was about to fall out from underneath it. I whipped in, told them what’s going on, they immediately pulled me up to the bay and started wrenching on bolts. Within 20 minutes they had tightened every nut and bolt on the entire suspension. And, the noise when away. I asked them to send me a cash app or Venmo info and they said no. No tip necessary. That this is what they do. When they sell a customer a product if there’s an issue they want to get it taken care of immediately. No payment necessary. That is very rare to find in any business today. I run an honest business myself and know firsthand just how hard it is to maintain a good reputation. Very much appreciated. That’s exactly how you get repeat business. I’ll never go anywhere else. Now it’s about to be time for some new tires. I know where I’m going. Shout out to Manny and TJ. Thank you guys.

UPDATE: just had New Tires Installed Today. In and out, less than an hour. I see a lot of people coming in asking for estimates and then I guess riding around looking for the better deal. I’ve done the same thing with them before and I could only find maybe $25-$50 difference in prices. These guys are competitive and right there with everyone else. They were actually priced exactly like discount tire. What you’re paying for with these guys is service. There’s times I’ve whipped in and said man I need you guys to rotate these tires ASAP. I’ve got to get to another job. And they’ve had me in and out within 15 minutes. They take care of any problems that you have. They’re also cool to be around. Everyone there seems to have a lot of fun at their job. I don’t care about riding around shopping to save 25 $50 anymore. This is where I get my tires. End of story.

Sam was very helpful with my Ram 1500 and my wife’s charger. They both came out looking great. Sam and the Techs at Texas Tires Burleson went above and beyond. We very happy with our experience and will be referring all our friends to Texas Tires Burleson. You guys rock!

Sam at Texas Tires was AWESOME to work with! Last Saturday evening, I ran over something sharp on the road that put a 4" gash in my tire. Texas Tires had my size in stock and were able to get me fixed up and back on the road within an hour. Other places around town did not, and would have had to order tires causing me to wait until Monday (not possible as a single mom!).
