Texas Tires Lubbock

We pulled into Lubbock after a five hour drive with a low tire. We have a warranty with Discount Tire, so we stopped by there only to learn that all of the Lubbock stores were closed that Saturday for a "company event". Really? On the busiest day of the week? Not exactly engendering loyalty, Discount Tire.
So we stopped by Texas Tire and explained the situation to them. They took a look at our tire, determined that it couldn't be repaired, put the spare on and sent us on our way, no charge. Super nice people, super fast service. I'd be a customer if I lived in Lubbock and would encourage anyone in the area to stop by and give these guys your business. You'll be glad you did!

I highly recommend Texas tire of Lubbock they are always on Point they do an excellent service and very respectful.they take very good care of their customers!

I was blown away by how polite, friendly, and above nd beyond the staff went. Especially Ruben who was honest and very kind. I was just passing through town but I’ll definitely be coming back here for tire services while I’m in Lubbock. Big recommend! I’ll be recommending them to anybody I know that comes through the area.

I had to get one of my tires checked over and Texas Tires was fantastic! All of their employees were kind and very friendly. It took a short time for them to find and take a nail out of my tire. They're an amazing place to do business with for all your car needs. I highly recommend them over other places in Lubbock!

Under new management very rude thug life behavior over priced very low quality tires at very expensive price told me they didn't care about nothing

The truth is I had a bad experience in this establishment, it took 4 hours to change a single tire, when in other places I have only waited 1 hour to 1: 30 to change the 4 tires

Very IMPRESSED with their customer service! A. B is an awesome sales manager and has a great team. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us really good prices. If you want to invest money go to Texas Tires in LuBbocK they are the right people. Don't go to the location in Amarillo Eric is ruDe and careless. Will definitely be coming again and spreading thr word to friends!

I would never do business with this Texas Tire location again. The woman who takes your money is lazy and does not want to get out of her chair, I asked if she could help me and she just looked at me didn’t want to move, the manager AB is rude and thinks he can talk over you when asking questions…the guys in the garage are kool especially Rubin…but all in all I would not recommend this location because I have dealt with Texas Tires in Houston and Dallas and they were spectacular! But for this location it’s a NO go

Good quality price sucks have the job that pay for them monthly or two weeks then buy if not look elsewhere cuz it is very very pricey interest high
