Texas Tires Odessa

We were visiting from South Carolina and saw where my son’s tire sensor was on and went to Texas Tire Center. The service was excellent, very prompt and proficient. I highly recommend this place for any tire service.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Took almost an hour to change 1 tire, worst prices I’ve ever seen and they don’t have proper tools. Couldn’t even put my hub cap back on for me.

Staff is nice, but for the 2nd time, they took almost 2 hours to change a single tire. For whatever reason, they seemingly can't put the spare back on for me and tell me they can't do it. This has happened many times, but I somehow put it on fine when I get home. If you have other tire place options, you're better off going to them.

Absolutely impressed. Came in, asked if they could replace my spare after replacing a blown tire. They did, and start to finish approximately 30min or less.

Came in to get a leveling kit. Truck looks really nice now. Friendly service and the dude was very informative. Will definitely be coming back. Thank yall!

Got new tires and rims but it rubbed against the inside wheel well. Had to take off work to go back and get it lifted. Could have done it all at one time!

New to the area. BIG MISTAKE coming here! 1,600 for Ironman tires that go for 600 for all 4 online. I’ve had this brand before. Poor quality. I figured it would be something else until they returned the vehicle and saw this brand. Place is OVER PRICED!

This place is an absolute joke. Came here for a plug and the ladies at the front were extremely rude to me and had no idea if they accepted fleet maintenance or not. I have a company truck mind you and enterprise fleet maintenance covers everything and they were trying to get me to pay out of pocket. The real kicker is one of my employees went to a Texas tire about a week ago and they accepted enterprise fleet maintenance.

This is an amazing place.from inside the employees r on point then outside in the shop they know what they r doing forsure. 10 out of 10.

Odessa Store_ Horrible management. Jordan does not comprehend or know how to read a contract or the terms pertaining to the contract.

I was looking all over the place just to get my tire loose. I had gone somewhere else to get a tire replacement but they said they didn't want to break the key. I came here and a gentleman helped me out with the right tool and loosened it and that was it quick and easy. Thank you.

Plugged my new tires instead of patching, and they leaked. Acted like it was my fault. Every tire place in town has lots of customers. I think this place needs customer service!

I never had any experience with this place, all i did was help my stepfather get his motorcycle, this place is kinda boring, it does supply wheels though

Do not go here for anything. I had a 6.5 inch lift installed but turns out I need lower ball joints and upper control arms and they failed to tell me any of that. Terrible customer service, they only care about their bottom dollar. Not the safety of their customers. Offered to make it right by installing lower ball joints if I brought the parts in. That's what should've been offered when the lift was being installed.

Excellent service, the girl who attended me was very kind, and the service was good and it was fast I didn't have to wait long

It's wasn't bad at all. Just got my Rims from another place and save $125.00 per rim. Had the girl behind the counter been a little more out going and willing to help better I may have get the value and purchased while I was there, but she was just BLAH.again, they weren't rude just felt like she didn't care if she made the sale or not which caused me to look elsewhere

One of the only tire stores open on a Sunday. Had something in my tire, went to Firestone first and was told it would be 5 hours till they could even look at it to tell me if it could be repaired. Decided to try texas tire and they took care of my truck in a professional manor. Got me back on the road in 30 min. Ty texas tire, will definitely use you again and refer you to others.

Tried to get info and after explaining in great detail I was told by the girl on the phone that she was not from here and had no idea and that's it, no let me check, no I'll get someone who may know, nope it was like hurry up and get me off the phone

The best shop in West texas good customer service anabel was a good help got us exactly what we wanted. I will definitely be back soon.

Great service as soon as I came they got it in the shop in no time and if it looks like it shouldn't work they will make it work
