Texas Tobacco #1, Denison TX

DO NOT go to this store! The dishonest and rude staff are people I am glad I will never have to deal with again! Their registers didn't match one day, so they decide to tell me on my next trip in that I didn't pay for my item when I had given the associate my card and signed for it. They are liars. Thank GOODNESS this isn't the only tobacco store in town! Texoma Tobacco has a MUCH better selection of kratom products too.

The best part, instead of dealing with THEIR error internally and realizing it was THEIR fault, when I went in to buy more from them, they told me they would no longer sell to me!

Looks like this company is not only out the $50 they lost and claim I owed PLUS the $600/month that I had been spending! That was the worst business decision that anyone can make.

Like I said, they're not the only store in town. I HIGHLY suggest you go elsewhere!

Young lady that is always there, is amazing! She is so sweet and takes time to help you find the right product for you. They didn’t carry what I wanted but she made sure to find me something I would like instead of what I was originally looking for!

I used to buy tobacco products here (despite their inflated prices) due to it's location close to my home. Until one day I bought a cigarette roller and a few other things. Upon getting out to my car, I realized I'd purchased the wrong size roller, so i went back in to switch it out and pay the difference, and was informed they didn't do refunds or exchanges. I asked if they had a sign, and she lifted up a calendar taped to the register to expose a sign that stated as much. She also said it says this on the receipt, knowing full-well that she had neglected to give me.

It was only a $5 product, so it wasn't that big a deal, but it certainly showed me that this is a business that I no longer want to patronize.

I don't smoke and haven't ever been here but my phone won't stop bugging me to review it. So idk.

They have any thing you need from cigarettes to cigars vaping needs wow deodorizers. Nice place.

Bought some pods for my JUUL earlier today and they turned out to be old stock. Brought them back a few hours later and they made it right by exchanging them for a newer fresh stock. Thank you!

Great customer care at the new store across from Wallmart. Unfortunately they still don't stock the exact cigars I like in that store yet. No real problem, I just went downtown Denison and got exactly what I wanted. Business groth, opening a new store, requires a little time. The new store is much more convenient to Pottsboro, so I'll give them a little more time to stock the new store especially for me.

Hate that I'm having to give them this undeserved star.so rude.

The store has a wide variety of cigars, cigarettes, vape juice, etc. The service depends on what employee you're talking to though. There is one younger woman that is super friendly and helpful. Another woman was pretty rude when I walked in one day. I wasn't even planning on buying anything, just tagging along. I didn't say anything and she was still unfriendly and I didn't feel welcome.

They were helpful with any question I asked, they just couldn't help me prime a coil but other than that I love their product. Easy 9/10 for me!

I am regular customer of Texas Tobacco. They have the best selection and variety of tobacco and accessories, anywhere in Grayson County. The store is neat and clean, well maintained. I have visited alot of stores all over Grayson.
The staff are knowledgeable about what they sale and are very friendly and helpful!
I will not go anywhere else to shop.
I have been telling all my family and friends!

My friends and I are angry and disappointed with the recent closing of the smoking lounge. This is a tobacco and vape shop where all the customers and all the employees smoke in the shop. In the past two years, one employee has constantly complained that the "cigars stink". She has said that the complaints come from customers, but we have only heard pleasurable comments from patrons. This employee brought these so-called complaints to my attention again recently, and the owner spoke with me personally prior to closing the lounge telling me that he had noticed the smell. This after two years of me smoking the same brand of cigar in his shop. Gee, I wonder where that came from. Two days later, the lounge was closed, and no one would tell us why. We finally cornered the owner in the store, and he told us he was trying to increase his vaping business and that people who vape don't want to come into the shop and smell cigar and cigarette smoke. That's right, no smoke in the smoke shop because it's offensive to the employees and customer base all of whom smoke. The bottom line is it's his business to do with as he pleases, but the way this was handled and the way we were treated was inconsiderate and unprofessional. The owner and employees lied to our faces, the faces of long-time, loyal customers. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere. The one thing that made this business unique was that indoor smoking lounge. No one else had one. Congratulations Texas Tobacco. You are now just another smoke and vape shop.

Oh, by the way, the owner smokes cigars in the shop.

Very nice lady working, nice large store with a lot of products. Cheap prices and the lady was very knowledgeable.

The staff are awesome, they all are so helpful. I do have my favs tho. But really if you want awesome service this tobacco store is the best!

Very nice people wish they carried golden harvest tubes they are cheaper and bags of tabacco are higher than the stores in sherman.but workers are nice except one who hoverd over me while i was looking thru the box of vapor juice like i was gonna steal somthing.sorry if people steal from you but its bad to make good customers feel this way.

Very nice selection of tobacco and vaping accessories. Went in looking for a tip came out with $60 worth of other stuff lol just couldn't help myself. They didn't have the tip I needed but instantly offered to order it with next shipment. Wonderful customer service, huge variety, with good prices.
