RUN from this title company! We had the displeasure of working with Sheila on our transaction. Her lack of knowledge, incompetence and poor communication skills cost us time and money. We ultimately had to move to another title company to close. Because Sheila didn’t know when to order our HOA statement, we had to pay for it twice. She takes zero responsibility for her mistakes and ignorance, pointing the finger back at you. Her attitude is unreal. Every single negative review on Sheila and Texas Tradition is spot on.
There are too many other reputable title companies in the Houston area!

The Worst Experience Ever.they caused me.loose 12.000. Dollars. They can report you without any proof. Sheila is very rude in answering.on the phone.

Very knowledgeable personnel. Easy to communicate with the staff and they return calls promptly if they are not available when you call. The escrow officer Sheila has always been able to answer my many questions. She also stays on top of everything
and will stay in communication throughout the process.
Julie has always gone above and beyond to help in any way. She organizes great continuing education classes and I know I can always call her for a referral of any kind and she will know somebody that gives exceptional service.
Oh and did I mention they have great snacks, coffee and other drinks!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They have to be paying for the good reviews (which unfortunately can be done in today's world) because I don't know how anyone could have anything nice to say. They were difficult to work with EVERY STEP of the process and messed up a ton of payments at the end. Absolutely awful and Sheila is the worst. From someone who has purchased multiple homes, run away from this company! There are far better title companies in the area!
