Texas Treasures reviews
8Guy said they we're closing their other store and they didn't have a website.a shame nice store!
Got my little touristy thing for a little kiddo. I wish they had more Texas themed toys/clothes for kids. The selection is very limited and a lot of the personalized items like the name plates and Texas ranger badges had names that were out of stock.
The gentleman who was working the cash register could have been more helpful. The speakers were also blasting a baseball game at the volume of a sports bar As a native Texan, it’s not our best look for sure. I’m hoping the airport has better options when I head back.
My boyfriend accidentally broke a souvenir when it teetered off the shelf.the rude old bald man came up and my boyfriend was picking it up and apologizing profusely while handing him the pieces. The old guy said "whoops! Will that be cash or card? " And we were charged $35 dollars for it, and wasn't even given all the parts for the broken item to fix. He was so so rude the whole time while sitting there making my boyfriend feel bad, as if he already didn't feel bad enough. Don't waste your time and money they don't care and just are horribly rude.
Knick knacks galore but nothing of substance I feel like it'd be more impactful if it catered to modern Texas instead of Texas stereotypes. Especially with the younger generation
Got alot of lil souvenirs but my key chain broke I was so upset but the ppl who own it were really nice ppl and for me customer service is everything
Great store for souvenirs. Cashier gentleman was really nice and chill. Also very knowledgeable about Dallas.
I can tell upon entering the Dallas location for this two store local chain that the person behind the counter was special. Turns out the owner herself runs the store through the week. She's worked here 15 years and purchased from the previous owner last year when he retired.
If you're looking for Texas memorabilia or if you're a tourist wanting something nice to take home then you can find it here.
The store sits on the third floor of the mall.
