Texas Trust Credit Union, Midlothian TX

Impossible to get of hold of someone either directly at branch or through member services to resolve a banking issue. I was on hold over 15 minutes on an international call to try and resolve a simple on line banking problem. I would reconsider your options for banking instutions.

Went to Midlothian branch today for husband to open a savings account. They only had 1 person helping with accounts. Waited so long to get taken care of.
Usually go to Mansfield branch on Country Club has so many more to help. If we didn't have to wait for about an hour in Midlothian it wouldn't be so bad.
On the positive side, I Love Texas Trust. People are always friendly and always takes care of my needs a timely fashion. I won't leave them.

As a customer of both the Midlothian and Cedar Hill branches of Texas Trust Credit Union, I've consistently encountered subpar customer service that has left me thoroughly disappointed. The level of service at these locations unfortunately sets the bar quite low.

At both branches, my interactions with staff have been marked by a lack of attentiveness and a seeming disinterest in resolving customer issues. Whether it's a simple transaction or a more complex inquiry, the response has been underwhelming, leaving me to navigate banking complexities on my own.

The Cedar Hill branch, in particular, showed a stark disregard for efficient and helpful customer service. This was not just a one-off experience but a recurring theme over multiple visits. Similarly, at the Midlothian branch, the service was consistently below par, lacking both the professionalism and the courtesy one would expect from a financial institution.my experiences at these Texas Trust Credit Union branches have been far from satisfactory. The poor customer service has made even routine banking tasks frustrating and time-consuming. It's an unfortunate situation that has led me to seriously reconsider my banking options.

All the staff is very helpful and friendly and have never had an issue in the 4 years I’ve been banking there.

I like it because it is 5 minutes from my house and they serve me quickly
