Texell Credit Union, Belton TX

Working with Texell was an extremely easy process and Calder is top notch just like the rest of the team there. They went above and beyond to take care of us in many ways they didn’t even have too. Will be referring to anyone we talk too!

Friendly staff always helpful. Drive thru isn’t the best. Never slips stocked and nothing to see on the screen.

George Garcia and Amanda were great tellers, they were able to answer my questions professionally and comprehensively. They were both really pleasant to do business with and I'm hopeful I can work with them for a long time.

Bad customer service
What makes it a total waste of my time is that I had to drive all the way to Temple to get a check deposited in my account so I will not be back to make any deposits at the Belton location I’m not going to waste my time on unreliable service

Texell Credit Union is a very reliable and trustworthy bank. My experience with the staff has always been positive. I find the mobile app and online banking easy to navigate. However, I wish they offered higher interest rates on money market accounts.

This particular Texell location is the only reason we’ve held onto our accounts with the credit union. What some of the other locations lack, the branch makes up for in strides.
