I paid them in full upfront. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I brought a cashiers check and had an overpay of more than 200 dollars. She charged me every penny of my extra money for services that were not done. Then tried to charge me for a service call that was agreed to before payment as part of the job. There is multiple wrinkles in my pool. The liner is separating from the wall already. I spoke to the boss and explained to him how rude his employee handling his billing is. She is very sarcastic and rude. I complained and asked them to please come and please fix the multiples wrinkles and the liner pulling from the walls before water gets behind the liner. They made false promises and have never showed up. This is the second time I have used this company. The first liner was perfect. No wrinkle and never pulled from the walls. Wrinkles are so bad you cannot vacuum. I am so disappointed in their poor workmanship and how horrible their customer service is. I would never ever recommend them for any service again. I dread calling knowing that hateful, unmannered, rude lady will answer the phone. Very. Very.disappointing

Ranse was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and he had everything he needed to fix our hot tub when he came. Every other company we’ve used would come out, take a look and then reschedule to fix it 2 weeks later after they ordered the parts. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive they were for the time they spent, including travel time. I highly recommend Texoma Country Pool and will definitely call them again if I need repairs!

Initially looked out of the metroplex for reputable pool builders due to the "metroplex" prices. Found Texoma Pools in Sherman. Great decision, TP made the experience easy and built us a great pool too. From the initial call to Pete to the final touches, they did a great job and made sure everything was just right before turning it over to us to start swimming. Couldn't be happier with the final product!

Heater went out on our tub before Christmas. Called these guys Wed, here it is a little past one on Thurs. & we are back in business. Thanks so much, we really enjoy our tub. Best investment ever. Their customer service is top knotch.

Texoma Country Pools and Spas gave us the pool and spa that my family has always wanted. It was a pleasure to work with Pete and the crew throughout the process. They were always available to answer any questions we had from start to finish.

Technician did a great job repairing my spa but the lack of communication in the office to the technician was WAY below par. When they called me about paying bill they had no idea that the job wasn’t completed because the technician didn’t communicate to the office. When I was trying to tell the office that that acted like it was my problem not theirs. Office staff needs to work on people skills and remember how they talk to the customer. That was disappointing.

Prompt friendly and great service. Did a great job keeping my pool clean this past year. No algae. Hope to get them to build my next pool at the hous I plan on building.

I wish I could give them 10 Stars! I had a problem with my pool that 3 other pool company's threw there up there hands and said I don't know what's wrong after multiple attempts. Texoma found the problem on the second visit. This is my go to pool company! Bravo Texoma!

Exceptional Service!

Abe came out for servicing our filter and did an outstanding job. He was very friendly and helped me by answering all my questions about my pool. He knows pools!

The service dept at the store helped get our Racer back up and running in no time at all. I had to take it back twice and both times they were eager to fix my problem.
