Texsun Pools / Leslie's, Cypress TX

We had not used Texsun Pools in years and I thought I would give them another try. Wow! Alexsus helped me truly understand what really needed to change from a chemical standpoint and she was right! Our pool was crystal clear the next day in less than 24 hours! I am so glad I gave them another try and will be going back for sure. Thank you!

Finally! Someone who knows what there talking about. I was so Thankful to meet Karl. After having 3 estimates on what was wrong with my pool I got an honest answer. No, it did not need to be re plastered, it just needed maintenance, that I could have my teenage sons take car of. Texsun pools were thorough and friendly over the phone. They got here the same day I called and got me on track to fix things myself. God Bless, these honest hard working people. I will continue doing business with them.

I called Texsun because I was having a Primer Alert message on my display panel and I received excellent customer service support by Taryn. She provided me with step by step assistance on troubleshooting my issue and she follow-up with me later in the day to ensure I was successful in my attempts to solve the primer issue.

Really great in helping us out cleaning our own pool. We just participated in their Pool School and learned quite a bit of what we were doing wrong! Am I glad for that! Their staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Solid pool supply store. The team is very knowledgeable and worked with me to help in both weekly maintenance and repairs.

Store does not open on time and has “back in 5minutes” sign up for extended periods during regular business hours making it difficult to get assistance during store hours.

6 days for a 10 min repair on my cleaner. Bunch of excuses. Didn't even start repair til I arrived at the time THEY told me. Been going there 4 yrs for all my pool needs. No more, I'll go check out Leslie's now.

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions. Overall great experience. Texsun is my go-to pool supply from now on. Matt saved me from spending hundreds on a contractor when my problem was a simple fix!

We belive in helping local stores so we make sure to visit other pool supply stores but this location is closes to us we do a bit more buisness with them, not after today no one at this store stands behide the product and when you tell them that the pool cleaner dosent clean nor do what it sais, they look at you like you if you had 3 heads. The counter guy that helped us was condescending and could care less that you just dropped $ 800.00 for a pool cleaner that dosent even work, i work in the service industry and we are rated by CSI if we get below 95.1 % we loose 1/2 of our pay heedless to say i do what i have to so all people are satisfied, poor, poor customer service

Terrible company. Terrible service. We used them for a year and they did the bare minimum. Our pool got so bad it had algae everywhere. They claim to clean filter and will charge for it but they don't. Do not waste your money.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of selection and very helpful. They also do "pool school" to help new homeowners get acclimated.
