Lobby is inaccessible. Got in the drive thru line at 12: 05. Didn’t leave till 12: 25. My brother had to find a ride to his appointment while I was stuck in line at the bank trying to deposit at check for my grandmother. That kind of wait is neither expected nor planed for. Do better

Response: My grandmother is the one who banks with you. I take her because she is hard of hearing and seeing. Internet and phone systems are not an option for her. I encourage you and your tellers to reduce the number of lanes available so your members can get an accurate wait time estimation. This may even prevent overwhelming your limited number of tellers.

It’s always been a welcoming credit union. The personalized service for each individual is awesome. They take care of their members very well. I’ve never had a bad experience. Their community involvement allows for everyone to see what they offer for everyone.

I have been using this branch for several years. When I decided I was going to start online a year ago I wanted help in person. They answered all my questions. The drive through tellers have always been helpful and courteous.

Teacher's federal credit union is fantastic! I've had an account with them since I was 8 years old and have never had any issues. Especially with covid going on, they've really been there for myself and the community. I even got a call from them a few weeks back just to see if everything is going well with me, and if there's anything bank related they could help with. I thought that was very nice of them and shows how much they care. Again they're a fantastic bank, the staff are all very very nice, no matter which branch I've went to. They're always helpful. I've had an account with them for almost 20 years because they're just that awesome.

Bad n very disrespectful customer services judgemental dont take time to help you with the issue

I’ve always had a great experience with this credit union. Everyone has always been so helpful and very enthusiastic rather then just doing their job. Most will start a personal conversation with you which i really enjoy. TFCU is a really good credit union, i do recommend looking into it!

BE CAREFUL! Make sure to double check any transaction you make at this branch. Went to make a payment of my loan, 2-3 weeks passed and never got withdrawn from the account and now I end up with late fees and the manager will not accept responsibility for his employees faults. So, I end up paying fees and with a lesson on double checking the transactions before leaving the bank. Really disappointed with this people.

I have always received great service at the TFCU Joe Battle branch. All the women that have helped me are knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and concerns. Very helpful!

Called for help with online login since I could not log in. It stated to call help desk. I called and rep was not nice nor understanding. Did not help solve the issue nor fixed it. I still can't log in.

I never have a long wait at the drive thru and there is ALWAYS something at the window no matter what time of day
