19 Cue circus music. Quite possibly my worst experience ever as a consumer. How do these people even find their way to work every day? And why? What a sad, sad place. There is clearly NO leadership. Every person I spoke to sounded almost as beat down as I feel. I should not be working harder than they are at doing their job, but sadly, I'm the ONLY one making an effort.
I ordered a $500 desk for my husband's birthday from Office Depot on 2/22/20. His birthday came and went. No desk. It was supposed to be delivered 2/25. When I tracked the item that evening, they indicated that they tried to deliver, but no one was home. I was home ALL day. Reply from customer service: "Please disregard - they just ran out of time. You'll receive your item tomorrow. " So, they didn't try, but made it my fault?
I replied by email and called to tell them that I would not be home the next day, and to leave it on the front porch. Received an email on 2/26 saying they tried to deliver but no one was home (duh). When I called again, it took them a few minutes just to find the order. After speaking to the customer service supervisor (got nowhere with rep), I was told it would be delivered on 2/27 by 8pm. At 4: 30pm on 2/27, I called again and spoke to CS again only to be told that they ran out of time (again?). How do you run out of time at 5pm (yes, that's how long I was on hold) when they say they deliver up till 8pm? I asked that no delivery attempt be made the next day because no one would be home, but that it be delivered first thing Monday morning (3/2). It's Monday, 11: 15am, my desk is now one week late, my husband's birthday came and went, and I just had another 36 minute phone call with Office Depot and Tforce, most of which was spent on hold. They're telling me the desk will be here in 30 minutes. I'm taking bets, if anyone is interested.
Both customer service teams from Tforce and Office Depot have proved to be COMPLETELY inept at taking responsibility for this debacle, much less working to make things right. How can the "largest transportation company in North America" do business this way and still actually BE in business?
This by far has been the easiest thing I have done today! Denise Jackson was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions and was super patient with me as I explained what my needs were. Great Job Denise! Keep up the great work!
I kind of feel like the reviews for this company have been harsh. Amazon has had the company for quite some time. Ive been receiving packages from them for at lest 2 years or more and the ratio for packages delivered to damaged is quite low. Sure Ive had a package thats gone missing (one) and a crushed Vinyl (again, only one) but listen, I don't care who or what company it is.there is NEVER going to be the perfect deliver service.never. Ive worked in retail and I had to deal with the general public and they are some of the most winny, hard to please %#&^* (&#*&$ in the world. So i take these reviews with a grain of salt so to speak. Heck even UPS gets one or two stars in yelp and other places and that company has been around for ever and they are great, so see what i mean.
Now, hey Dynamex about that missing package.
I know the reviews about this company's customer service is bad, but there are two people you want to deal with. Caitlin and Luis are the best! They made sure I was able to get my package on many occasions. And they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Those two people would be the people to get this done for you!
I'd give these guys zero stars if that was an option. Every time that Amazon has used this delivery service for "Same-Day Delivery" it has turned into a 3 day delivery and several chat with Amazon customer service to locate the package. What I want to know is why is the scheduled delivery date 07/29 and today is 08/01 but the package is still in transit. Total fail on both Amazon and DynaSlow's part.
My coworker ordered headphones on one day shipping. Was not delivered. Three days, 5hrs of phone calls, and it's still not delivered. This is an awful courier. 0/5 if possible.
Needed a package the same day. 3 days later and over 20 hours on the phone and I still do not have my package. They now want me to drive over an hour to pick it up from them. Worst company. Will never be doing business again. Hopefully Amazon pulls all service from them.
This delivery company is refusing to deliver a package to a coworker, and we all have to listen to this coworker waste their life away on the phone with Dynamex who isn't doing anything to resolve this issue. Do NOT order anything with same day shipping from Amazon, just drive to the store and you'll get it several weeks sooner.

But seriously, I had to spend my lunch hour listening to my coworker complain to this company and amazon because they refuse to deliver to him.
Refused to deliver my amazon package an hour away and is making me come and pick it up. 0/5 if possible.
Literally the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Last I checked this was a delivery company however I've been told multiple times that they will not deliver to my location. But they were kind enough to let me know that I could drive an hour and a half to come pick up my package myself! Tried for same day shipping but today is day 4. This company has let me down more than the Pokémon Go servers. 0/5.
Terrible. As others stated, I had same day shipping from Amazon. These yoyo's delivered my packages to the office moments before it closed, and notified me after the fact. Making it impossible for me to get my package. Upon seeing I am in the majority, not the minority of cases like this- it makes me even angrier that a company like this continues to behave this way.

This company is a joke.
I ordered a package through Amazon for same day delivery. I got a call from the Dynamex driver saying he did not want to deliver my package because it would take him 40 minutes to drive to my location. 1-star. Will never use again.
The worst. They said they delivered my package at 5: 55, I didn't get notification til 6: 25. I have been at home since 3 waiting for this package. They never came to my unit and instead went to the office five minutes before it closed at six and didn't tell me. I have filed a complaint with Amazon. I can't wait until they drop you; you are subpar and don't deserve their business!
Look! It's a delivery company that doesn't deliver packages! Great business plan guys! Would not use again.
I have Amazon Prime and if an order is scheduled for same-day delivery it should be delivered as such, not marked as delivered but really dropped off at the front office right before closing. I know Amazon goes through alot of companies to fulfill their orders, but they should have more stringent policies in place to prevent operators from being lazy.
Please make sure don't have this company for your delivery. They're very bad and unprofessional. They're a third party company for FLOOR DECOR - STAY AWAY
Worst delivery company ever. Waste of time. Waste of money. Rude customer service. They lied and stated they do not deliver Amazon packages anymore because they terminated contracts with amazon. Just to come pick the item up 2 days later. How is this same day shipping if I book it a day in advance. Oh it shows you are open 24 hours. No we are not. Have to take my dings on my account. Worthless piece of craps.
