Come in. You won't see me here any longer! I'll keep you updated on my next venture. Per poor management and neglect I was let go today. Friday March 26,2021. I was her longest lasting employee. But, whatever.she did me a favor!

Great haircut, but charged an additional 3.95 for "sanitizing" wasn't told that when reservation made.

I took my Son here yesterday and his only 8 years old they made him wear a mask for one thing. The only reason I stayed was because he need a hair cut because it being picture day this tues. I told her I wanted the side trimmed and leave the length on top. I sat over by the front where they have sits when you walk in. My other son started texting me and before I knew it the lady had chopped off my 8 years old hair. The hair cut looks sooo bad I don’t know what the heck she was thinking. I will NEVER come here again! Plus not only that they make you pay a 4 dollar sanitation fee! Which I think is stupid! They should do that for their customers period! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I took my 6 year old for a haircut on a Sunday since everything else was closed. The girl clearly didn’t know what she was doing. His haircut was terrible. I felt so bad for him. It looked as if she placed a bowl over his head and cut the rest. It was a mess. We had to find elsewhere in the city and pay more to fix the mess she made. Never going back again.

A young girl named Jennifer cut my hair, she is new but very professional and asks plenty of questions. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because her superior seemed annoyed when she asked for help. I asked for a face frame and the boss just cut a section of my hair shorter. It didnt look blended at all. And she seemed slightly annoyed by both myself (the customer) and poor Jennifer. But if I go back, I will be asking for Jennifer again because she did a GREAT job.
UPDATE: I had to go to Ulta the next day to get my hair fixed because upon further inspection, my hair was uneven and it looked like I was wearing a wig.a bad wig. I went in to get a refund and they gave me $17 back from the $35 I paid, because apparently the cut itself was only $17 but the shampoo was anoyher $17.in what world does that make sense! And the boss had an attitude the whole time.

Worst hair cutting experience.my hair is one of my biggest insecurities and I had been growing it out from a buzz cut and I was so excited to have long hair, but sadly I had to shave my head once more because Andrew did not cut it the way I explained it multiple times. I asked for the sides shaved but just above my ear no higher (like a mini mullet) and what does he do? He shaves it way too high cutting off more hair than I wanted him to and I left the salon in tears because he did not do what I asked and I felt so ugly. I am never going back. I don't mean to sound like a ''karen'' but my hair means a lot to me. I am very unhappy.

I’ve seen Mary B a few times now, and I have to say she is truly a master of her craft. She always does a great job, and she does exactly what you want. Did a color with her for the first time today, and she produced the exact color I was looking for through description alone. Everyone else working there seem friendly as well. Good prices too!

Andrew did such an amazing job on my hair! I can honestly say I haven’t been this happy in the color or cut in so long. I will definitely go back and see him again!

Good place if you want to get a quick haircut but be careful because some do not know how to cut hair came out looking like a spiky critter thank God hair grows back

Crystal is by no means a hairstylist I wouldn’t use her if she was the last one standing she’s rude stomps out of the building as she doesn’t get her way she’s definitely not an honest trustworthy person that’s for sure

Was looking to get a haircut yesterday just to trim my ends and it was closed when clearly on the Internet says there open. Wasted my time walking.

Crystal is great she has impressive multitasking skilland is great with all customers. In today’s time customer service is key.

Run away as fast as you can. This place has lost all of their stylists who did a good job. It tells you something when the only one left behind was the one who has constant complaints about her cuts. I have witnessed so many horrible cuts from Crystal walk out the door with her being rude when they complain. This company doesn't seem to treat their stylists well at this location, they all end up quiting.

All the stylist who worked here for years have left but didn’t go far. I’m at Vicki’s hair Ect and the others are in Tomball call around you’ll find them.

Crystal is a great stylist and she's doing an awesome job of running that salon. I hope her company recognises her talent and willingness to go beyond for her company and her customers.

I set an appointment for 4: 30pm for two kids haircuts and had to wait till 5: 15pm before my kids made it on the chair. Didn’t leave till after 6: 00pm for a trim of my daughter’s bangs and a boys haircut.

The place was deserted. It seems like only one person works there. All the stations are cleared out.no trace of even a second stylist. Not coming back.

Made my appointment to weeks ahead of time just to be sure. I arrive and have to wait indefinitely while my hairdresser worked on two other customers one of which is was not even hers. Only one knowledgeable hairdresser there. Needless to say I never got my haircut and won’t go back.

Crystal is amazing! She always does a wonderful job on my hair and makes my haircut experience wonderful!

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! Got my hair cut by Crystal on 12.10.17. My hair was wet when I left so I didn't notice how horrible my haircut actually was. One side turned out to be shorter than the other and the back was completely uneven. She did an okay job on my daughter but completely botched my haircut. Waste of money! I will not be returning to this salon.

Come and see us. Great staff that's been there for years. We enjoy our guest even when things might upset them we try to make everyone happy!
