It deserves three and a half star. Servers were really nice. Service was really slow. Seating requires some renovation. Food was good.

Hostess was very pessimistic, kept pointing out how they were too busy and asked us to order "easy to make food" so it was easier on their kitchen. Waitress was sweet, but very slow in taking orders and putting them in the computer; it took her 5+ minutes staring at the computer to scan our card. Steak and mashed potatoes were great! Battered fish was undercooked.

This place had bad customer service. Started out friendly end rudely. Not to mention the place was extremely dirty and employees were wearing mask as chin straps

This restaurant never disappoints. It was the last restaurant we dined in in March 2020 before the start of the pandemic. Now that we have both vaccine shots, this was of course the first restaurant we ate in! The cajun chicken and shrimp pasta is still amazing. We were sad to learn that they had stopped offering the red velvet cake, but the rainbow cake is almost as good. This restaurant is actually our favorite restaurant in town!

The food was ok. Took forever to get drinks from the bar. Got free chips and salsa for being a member and the chips were stale.

Waitress clarissa was awesome! Food was good potatoe skins for appetizer way too hard for my taste. My steak was just how I asked for it.

Took forever to bring us our food, kids were super hungry and still and asked us to leave when we complained. Waiters so rude and unprofessional

Service was not great. The server would come and ask us if we received our chips and salsa, we'd say no, and she never came back to bring it. She also rarely visited our table to check in and refill water. Otherwise we had a great time. Food was good. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad. It was tasty, but I wonder how fresh the chicken was.

Calin is our favorite server. She so friendly, knows her menu, provides awesome service. The ribs are good 3/4 star, Calin makes TGIF a 5

I came in for drinks and food while chatting with my friends on a Saturday night. The waitstaff was fantastically kind, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable of the menu. The down side is after we got our first drinks it took a long time to get anything after that. They were good on refills for our water so I can only guess it was behind the scenes were not doing great. The music that played were popular songs ranging from early 2000's to now. Overall great experience but plan too be there for longer than your usual dining experience.

Ordered a to-go order through Uber eats and when order arrived it was wrong. Called Friday’s to see if I could get it fixed. A girl by the name of Anna answered and when I told her what happened she replied with an attitude, “Uhh no, that’s how you ordered it. ” No apology or anything. She then placed me on hold for about 5-10 mins and never picked the phone up again. I called back and asked for a manager, Megan then answered, aplogized and took care of the problem right away! Thank you Megan for being an awesome manager!

We had the most pleasant server, her name was Kerry. She was attentive, happy, outgoing. She suggested drinks, appetizers, food, dessert. Very attentive and professional. The only reason why I rated 4 stars is because the kitchen forgot the cheese and the bell peppers on my girlfriend's pasta. But everything else was on point. Definitely coming back.

Sat outside, dusty due to road construction. Service was attentive and friendly. Food was what I would have exspected from a restaurant of this nature. Establishment was clean.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Went on a double date and both my wife and my friend's wife waited 30+ minutes after my buddy and I got our food. And when they did get their food it was cold.

Had to constantly remind our server about the things we didn't get. Tables weren't getting bused, our drinks weren't getting refilled.

Please don't go.

Our server, Briana, was awesome! Our oldest son, Wency's, order was not what he thought it was going to be and the team, especially Briana, did fantastic work getting him a new order. So impressed!
