Restaurant TGI Fridays reviews
23Great atmosphere, great wait service and good food. We enjoyed the fireworks show on the 4th of July in Friday's parking lot. Beautiful!
Me and my daughter went in for lunch both of our orders were incorrect. When we told the waiter he did not ask if he could fix it and walked away and never came back to check on us. We watched him sitting on his cell phone the entire time. Even seen the managers on their cell phones. Complained on the way out and do not think they even cared. Food was horrible opposed to being incorrect. My daughter's hamburger was charred and the potato skins were so horrible that it was like eating just a baked potato dry and inedible. Do not go here.
Was there for 2 hours and never got to order our food. We did make it past 1 drink each a forgotten water and appetizer.
We love TGI Fridays. The whiskey chicken is so delicious as was all of our food. Our waitress was super nice and very friendly. We got there before it got busy, so no wait. We will certainly be back.
The service was outstanding, the atmosphere very upbeat although balanced with relaxing atmosphere. My compliments to the chef and flavor combinations were truly tantalizing to the taste bud's. Honestly, I haven't been there in 20 years because the service had gone down and the food was just 'eh'. My view has changed now for sure. Stop by and have a pleasurable meal!
Been visiting this location off and on since 2014/2015. They have renovated it once and it’s a little better. The wait staff are very friendly. The food is pretty standard, American hodge-podge / smorgasbord. I always get their center cut sirloin with whiskey sauce. Broccoli and mashed potatoes. It ain’t no Al Biernats or Morton’s or Fogo DeChao but it’s pretty good for run of the mill American cuisine. Hope you have a good dining experience here.
One of the best late night choices in DFW for good food, okay drinks, a nice meeting venue, and all at reasonable prices.
Took for ever to be seated. Server took wrong order had ask for a refill.a refill never i never got. Not what i was expecting after months of not coming here.
I was seated there for 20 minutes and no one came to attend us, we literally felt ignored. Worst TGI Friday’s I ever been too!
They delivered my food with a squeezed lemon and a piece of hair that I didn't ordered. Too bad and disgusting
My Family and I were at this location on Friday December 7,2018 at 4951 Belt Line Rd, Dallas, TX 75254.
It took 10 minutes to be Seated while your staff walked around the location was empty i saw maybe 2 people dinning in and We Finley were seated the staff did not want to wait on us they all walked around and chatted with each other while i heard one say to the other "they did not come to work" 20 minutes went by while we waited for at least water or a waitress to attend to us and no one did but again the hole location was empty and yet we still could not get no help. Untill we FINELY walked out with no one to ask why or even look our way. It was by far the worse customer service i have ever seen in any establishment. Im sure they didnt care nor even new we left thats how bad the TGIFridays was.
Was seated quickly then no one came to table to take my order. Lots of employees walked by me over and over again but was there for over 10 mins and no one came over to me. And the place was almost empty. Very sad to see such poor customer service.
Despair not, it's still better than a Chili's. I think I'd enjoy the food more if I was hammered when I arrived. It's like Applebee's, but without the cheap shots to lull your sensibilities into accepting absolute mediocrity.
Not a pleasent expirence. I understand you can make mistakes be not cooking a burger through, frys get cold, etc. But there is NO EXCUSE for serving my food on a DIRTY plate. They also take FOREVER just to welcome you and tell you someone will be with you.
This location is a hit each time. Other locations had made me not want to even give it a shot but the food at this one in particular is fantastic. The service is also great on any day of the week. Every day definitely feels like a Friday here! This will be my new go to date night spot!
Ordered wings and never received ranch. Slow and inattentive. Also had to request for the 2 for $20 menu they had. Not entirely sure why a customer would have to request for the promotional menu or wait over 5 minutes to have an opportunity to ask, especially when you can see the server stand in the kitchen.
On a more positive note, the ribs had lots of flavor and falling off the bone. If I come back, I'll do it togo.
Had not been in years but was pleased with the food and service. We shared some of the food to sample more.cannot go wro f with the Ribs and parmesan chicken. Pasta was good too.
I had always gone to the fridays (the old one on the east side of the tollway on beltline) before they closed, tore down Champs and built a new Fridays in its place. When it first opened it was absolutely the worst, in every aspect of food service. We stopped by recently, first time in several years to give it another shot and what a pleasant surprise. Everything was exactly opposite of what it was before, a vice was awesome, good was excellent and the place had a much more inviting atmosphere.
Called to see if they were dog friendly and they said yes, only service dogs. Then I proceeded to ask to see if they allow dogs on the patio. She said only service dogs. Never been here, don’t think I ever will. My dog is family too, If Olive can’t go neither am I.
This is the worst Fridays I have ever been to. The food sucks the service sucks it's vetrans day my food is free and I'm pissed I even wasted my time. The pasta is over cooked and the shrimp is under cooked. The waiter has not touched the table until we were ready for the check. Just don't waste your time.
