Thai Square Sushi reviews
16Great sushi, good service. This place should stay busy. The quality of sushi rates right up there with some of the best I’ve had. Def a hidden gem
After we ate, the bill was $104, and I gave $110 including 6 tip. However, the manager came back and wanted a 15% minimum tip, wowwww…. Like California welcome to the new Texas!
I went to this shopping center during the Asian New year festival, and it was a great and memorable experience.
My waiter was amazing, however, the manager was absolutely rude and condescending. We order a roll yet the taste was different from the first order, so we asked the waiter to confirm our order. The manager swore it was the same, but we did agreed. We asked for it to be taken off our oderr (one two rolls were consumed) yet the magager refused. I have always recommended this place but won't ever again for how my parents were treated.
I'm a regular here and I have not once been disappointed. Staff is always kind and friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend Thai Square.
Always delicious never disappoints. Chicken and shrimp fried rice with edamame and California rolls are a weekly tradition. Staff are very friendly.
Love the food here! Brought my little sister for her birthday and the server was very patient and lovely
So I went in for dinner maybe 6pm and it was not too packed when I got there. It did start getting pretty packed after I got seated. There was no wait when I got there. But it is a small place so be aware plan accordingly. But if your eating by yourself the bar is open so you can hit that up. So when I got seated I got my stuff like a fork and chopsticks ect. What I did noticed where I sat the lighting is kinda la a spot light coming down on to the table.so it is intresting I feel the lighting showcases the food alot more and makes eating alittle more romantic. So I think it's a good date spot. I got the sushi sashimi for 1 and it was real good lots of sashimi and sushi. There was the roll and the nigiri and the sashimi. So it had alittle bit of everything like tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. The meal came with some miso soup to start and that was pretty good. I did get an unsweetened tea which had some Lemon on it. So if you don't like lemon in your tea. They do offer pepsi products and they have sake and beers and other drinks. Over all it was a good spot that I happen to stumble apon. It was not super expensive and was a great price for the amount of food you get. I believe I got out of there under 40 dollars before tip. So that was great.
This place was epic! Literally epic. We randomly came here and it had become one of our favorite places to eat. They have such a cool vibe. The food has its own spotlight on the table. The actual sushi was out of this world delish. We got the specialty rolls and it was worth it! Love that if you get two specialty rolls one is free! So cool!
Had dinner there last night and it reminded me of how good the food is. The sushi is amazing! You get fresh rice and fish and they are full! You can’t beat the price for the amount that you get. I always eat spicy salmon and spicy tuna whenever I go. Thai Square has the best! My daughter loves the chic fried rice. It is awesome too! If you live in the area definitely give it a try!
Some dishes are great others not so much, they need to shrink the menu and focus on what they do well.
I didn't know what to expect, but I really enjoyed this restaurant. I would recommend.
Yummy! I loved the food. I had a difficult decision about my entree, I finally decided on Udon noodles.
The staff is nice. The establishment is clean. They have great lunch prices. You can’t beat them. Go here at least once a week! Love it.
Chicken Thai fried rice was good, but my other dishes were underwhelming. I expected to be wow'd, but it gave more of an "oh. " Sushi wasn't bad. I may return if I'm in the area.
The food is so delicious, it should be illegal
I’ve been eating here regularly for 2 years and it’s consistently good food. Never had a bad taste or error in presentation. The portioning is above average as well.
Get anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed
I recommend ordering to-go. The dine-in staff is always short staffed with only one waitress so the service is slower than I’d like.
