5Friendly And Caring /Can always take care of you if something comes up. They are like family
The doctor is so nice but the receptionist that attended me is very rude. The receptionist calls a day before your appointment to confirm that your coming but they never called me and called my dad instead. My dad wasn’t in town and had no phone service. They only called him until they finally called me on the day of my appointment but the receptionist lied to me saying she called my number when I told her I didn’t received any call. She kept gaslighting me that she called me and again, I kept telling her I received no call from them. I understand that I forgot my appointment but there’s no reason to be obnoxious and gaslight me.
Dr. Hoang and all of his staff are always working hard to multitask to make sure you have a pleasant experience with minimal wait times to ensure maximum time with the doctors. If I ever have to wait at check in, the time is minimal, but also understand som patients can put a doctor behind if unplanned circumstances arise. I enjoy being able to call the office and speak to a live person instead of an automation and sit on hold for any amount of time before speaking to someone. The staff and Dr. Hoang are all very friendly and helpful. I especially love how Dr. Hoang really takes his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I always have a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor really puts me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
This was my first and last visit to this clinic, the very kind doctor did not complain to me, but the receptionist who attended me is a racist and despot, she asked me questions that were not within her range of work, I think that the staff that is in front receiving patients should be kinder because of the education that I have and she needs it I did not answer her as she deserved lousy service at the reception
