Spilled some milk tea onto the keyboard of my laptop. While I figured that I took all the steps I could to prevent damage within the laptop, sticky keys were a problem. I saw That Bytes! Is open on Saturday and thought I'd stop by to see what they could do to help. Mark is incredibly personable and recognizes the importance of timely, yet sustainable repairs. He was able to fix my keyboard in several days, and was kind enough to ensure several updates were installed. Now that I have my laptop back, I would say it's even easier to type than it was the actual day of purchase (before the spill). Thank you, Mark and Lance!
