The 80 Reserve, Mesquite TX

Currently living here the front office is awesome and the area is quite for the most part I enjoy it

I absolutely love my apartment. It is clean, and all maintenance repairs are done super fast. The office attendant Mrs. Dani is super AWESOME. She is a great listener to your issues, always fair and fine with a resolution to ALL issues. This place is my peace and a wonderful place to live. It is pet friendly, all my neighbors are nice. The atmosphere is a whole vibe. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I don't think I will ever leave! Lol!

The 80 Reserve is the most welcoming and comfortable place I’ve ever moved into. They care about their residents and it shows. I’m so glad I decided to move with them.

I absolutely love love my apartment it’s so spacious the rooms and closets are just perfect for me and my girls! Dani (office manager) and Mario (maintenance) are the best at keeping up with the apartments. This is home for us!

I’ve stayed here for over 2-years. The 80 reserve is quick with maintenance & repairs. They have a Clean pool and apartment surrounding. Minimal noise levels. I love it here!

Since I’ve lived on this property I have seen at least 2 property managers and Dani by far is the best one she’s always professional and there when you need her thank you so much

Excited about calling The 80 Reserve home! The complex is clean and quiet. Dani made the whole move-in process a breeze and I love the upgrades in my unit.

I have been living here for since 2016 and I love it. It's quiet and peaceful! Current management is great and friendly.

I absolutely have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment complex. From the manager, regional manager and maintenance. A little before moving in I had a major surgery and they accommodated to my needs. From building a ramp to making sure I was ok. Danny is a very kind manager. This new management company has really stepped and made good changes. Beginning with the manager. She’s awesome!

I love everything at The 80 Reserve the property and management are great. I love Dani in the front office she is very pleasant. The only thing I think would make The 80 Reserve better would be if they added additional amenities. They are currently in the process of updating the property so hopefully, something is coming soon.

From the day I've moved in (almost a year ago), it's been nothing short of an AMAZING experience. I love Dani and her very welcoming and professional spirit. Dani and Mario aim to offer nothing more than a very clean and well kept environment for residents to come home to. I absolutely love it here.
