The Goliad has special ties with me. I connected with this spiritual house "meeting" place back in 1993. I remember it like it was yesterday. This home means a lot to me because back in the 90's there was a camaraderie like no other that I can't fully write about. As the BB states we are a people who wouldnt mix generally, but we did because we had commonalities along with differences of course and an honest desire to get clean and sober. We all just wanted to belong and we do here at The Goliad. If you're like one of us seeking real change, which means seeking God and His Son Jesus and their Spirit in guiding you through the steps as they did with the good old-timers of long ago, you've chosen the right place.
