I have lived at Savoy of Garland going on 3 months now and have nothing bad to say about it. The whole complex has been maintained and very well kept. The apartments are beautiful. It's quiet and tucked away. Gated. Etc. Management has been extremely accommodating and made the move in process a breeze.
