When we first spoke to Leah, she asked us what we were looking for in a house and I explained we weren't necessarily looking to purchase a home right away but just wanted to look to get ideas on what size and layout of a home would work for best for our family. Prior to each visit Leah would send us an itinerary for the day of the homes we were scheduled to look at and she never complained when I would add a few more in the mix to look at making it at one point 13 homes to see in a day or even 15 homes another day. I'll never forget the moment we pulled into one neighborhood too look at the last house on our itinerary and instantly fell in love with the home. My husband and I immediately told her "We think we found our house but unfortunately.we can't do anything yet because we still have to sell our current house" With no hesitation she said "I'll sell your house" and a week later she posted our home and sold it within 48 hours and made an offer on our new home! Everything went so smoothly thanks to Leah. She walked us through the entire process. My Husband and I know we wouldn't have gotten this far without her. Leah's patience, guidance and professionalism helped get us our New Home. I have referred her to anyone who asks me about our house process! She is truly Amazing!
