10/10. This is the perfect place for yoga. I enjoyed the aesthetic of the studio, the calming atmosphere, the welcoming staff, and the detailed instructions. No complaints!

I love the atmosphere and energy of the studio. I felt welcomed the second I walked in. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone looking to transform their mind and body!

I was visiting from out of town and my mom found the “water” class to try. It was a great class and I’ll be going back the next time I’m in town!

This was one of the most intense workouts I think I’ve ever had. Krystle was amazing! Easy to follow but wow, what a challenge!

This is my new favorite place in Frisco! It’s a phenomenal yoga studio with wonderful instructors. Everyone is kind and the energy there is exuberant.

I have taken Julia, Poornima & Ayako classes. They are all very passionate & help you explore different variations of more advance poses. The flows are challenging yet you still have time to marinate in the peak poses & they help with adjustments. The studio is super clean, welcoming with lots of sunlight. They also provide shower essentials.

This is the most happy peaceful magical place ever! The teachers are incredible and very talented! I can’t say enough good things about this place it’s helped me so much and I highly recommend the sound baths and have also enjoyed the restorative yin and water classes

Really enjoyed the Water class. Got a great stretch through a great range of motion without forcing myself into anything that tipped the scales from relaxing to distressing.

LOVE this studio! The space is full of beautiful natural light and great energy. The staff and fellow students are incredibly welcoming. Each session I leave feeling cleansed inside and out. Be sure to check out classes led by James and Ayako, your body and mind will thank you.

I am very picky when it comes to yoga studios. This one checks every box for me! Instructors, music, atmosphere, well thought out flows, different difficulty levels, clean. I can go on and go on. So far absolutely best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. Love love love it and will keep coming here for as long as I can
