Do not move here! This place is a scam, I have lived here for a year and couldn’t wait till my lease was up. The gates don’t work, residents are loud and don’t pick up after them selves and the constant thefts that go on on that place is ridiculous. My car got broken into two times and not to mention random people will be knocking at your door at 3 in morning asking you if you can open the door to let them in. That is unacceptable, the place in general is not safe to live in.

The onsite laundry’s are dirty and the laundry machines don’t work, since the gates don’t work homeless people literally live and sleep there. The interior of the apartments are a different story it self, the apartments them selves smell like weed and cigarettes, kitchen cabinets are not built properly you have wood shavings on your dishes, the bath tub paint chips away after it was repainted in two months, storage spaces were small although it was a two bed room apartment, the apartments were built really cheap. They don’t give back your deposit as well they charge you for the month that you didn’t even live too. AC went out on us and we didn’t have ac for about a week everyday we had to go there literally begging them to fix and this was on the month of July, when it was the hottest

All in all not worth living/ renting there I promise you the monthly rent might seem cheap but it’s not worth living there

Getting in contact with them is like pulling teeth. The phone numbers don’t work, and nobody wants to be bothered with ANYTHING

I made an appointment for a tour, I got there on time and she told me there was no units available at all not even 2 bedroom, claimed that everything is full.
So why accept appointments? And I still called 4 hours before that I was going to take a tour and she said they had units available.
So I find it hard to believe that they had “nothing available”

Management has made great improvements. I’ve been at this property for nearly 3 years and I’ve been quite satisfied with this property. The office staff are great Valentino & Fernanda are courteous and professional representatives of the property.
