The Anderson at Brooks, San Antonio TX

When I moved out, I was sure to give them my forwarding address and verified my phone number. Not once was contacted through mail nor phone not to mention we still have the same phone numbers and emails nothing changed! I recently checked my credit report and had an outstanding balance of $1558 from the complex. $1558 dollars! Then i didn’t get my deposit back so why i am being charged you already kept the e deposit why change again just greedy!
Now, I have to day I have no qualms with the management, I have a problem with their corporate office. They're the ones controlling everything.

Yes your car will be broken into leaving here and there are not going to do anything about it!

Do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, if I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service is beyond lousy. Management is terrible and unprofessional

STAY AWAY. They do not take the safety of their residents or their property seriously. I was assaulted by 2 other residents that lived there and Jennifer was very dismissive about it. I called the police and after 90 days + she managed to evict them. “Giovani” or whatever her name is, is very condescending and difficult to speak to. She was rude and disrespectful when discussing our move out day. I am so grateful to have finally cut all ties with this place and have moved out. If this review can help you determine your choice to move in here please take my experience as a warning of what is expected of this place.

P.s. Your vehicle will more than likely be burglarized. Good luck

Do not recommended this apartment complexes. Neighbors smoking weed on a daily basis. We can smell through our AC vents. Dogs barking day and night. People breaking into other people vehicles. Neighbors fighting towards parking spaces. Management doesn't do anything. All they care is your monthly payment. That is very sad.

Nobody bothers to answer the phone at the front office nor does anyone bother to give you a call back when you leave a message. Emails even go unanswered. The gates are always broken. And they do not take the safety of their residents or their property seriously. My truck has been broken into numerous times and my neighbor has experienced the same issue and The Anderson continues to ignore the issue. There is no security around (even though they claim they do have a security guard, I’ve been there a year and have never seen one security guard around) anyone can enter the complex with the gates constantly left open because they constantly break. Do not bother renting an apartment at The Anderson you will deeply regret it. Complaints and concerns fall on deaf ears here, they are completely indifferent to the needs of their residents.
