Although my husband's case is complex, and ultimately, disappointing. The attorney explained everything clearly and with patience, in a way that I understood. No other law firm has done this, (and I have spoken to several both in the U. S.and in Ciudad Juarez.) they have always basically dismissed us, and avoided any elaboration on my questions. I appreciate that the Anderson Law Group dealt with me with courtesy and showed that they are knowledgeable as to the many intricacies of Immigration Law.

We went to this firm for an immigration procedure since March, we paid a payment of 2,000 dollars, we never saw a lawyer, they never started the process, apart from long waits, the interviews were by video call, we did not agree with that until we got tired and We asked for a refund and they told us that they were not going to return it to us and that we should do whatever we wanted. Mr. Anderson, being in the offices, never came out to show his face, the patrols were called and he still never came out. Lawyers were expelled from there for lack of professionalism and ethics. They are a fraud as a firm, unprofessional, on top of that, cowards.

Worst communication with the staff… made appointment two weeks before it being scheduled. Call in for consultation at time of appointment to be told I missed my appointment. There was a mix up in their calendar so they rescheduled me for an hour later from the initial appointment. Once again I called and was told I missed my appointment and was not rescheduled. I waiting on the phone for 40 min to be told that the lawyer couldn’t talk to me. The next opened appointment is a month later

They can’t even manage their calendars or communicate properly. Definitely not a good first impression. Taking my money somewhere else!

Terrible experience with Jeremy, there is no communication with him, you can only talk to payments because the customer service people never answer the phones. The lawyer only makes you sign and make the deposit and then you can't find it. I don't recommend it at all, it's a scam.

The truth is, if you have a case that requires you to be in communication with your lawyer or parallel to them, this is not the right office. After I had to pay in advance, and sent all the necessary documents, nothing was progressing in my case. I couldn't communicate with the parallels and when I asked to speak with Attorney Jeremy, they told me I couldn't. I have been waiting for more than a month for them to send my application to Immigration, when they already have all the necessary documents and payments. Apart from that, they charged me $50 dollars for the consultation when their website says it is a free consultation. Honestly very disappointed with the service.

Do not waste your money with these thieves, they do not attend to your case and they do not want to return your money after not helping you at all.

Update. An apology was issued with a refund.
Still time was lost but at least they recognized their mistake and did what they could do.

We hired Anderson for our case. The first lawyer we were given, left, we were given no notice about it. We were then given Anderson himself and he's lead paralegal. They have our case under my husband's name. We submitted ALL documents that were needed, and yet, they still managed to put the WRONG name on the I30. When we were made aware of this, the lead paralegal, blamed immigration, then said she would notify and have them fix it immediately. 1 and a half year later.he's name is STILL incorrect and there is not proof that she did in fact notify immigration. Not to mention when the paralegal finally uploaded the I30 to Clio for us to see it was evident that the mistake came from the office. Did they apologize? Nope. Next.though we provided ALL documents that were requested at the first appointment, immigration kept asking for the same documents over and over again. Come to find out, Anderson group did NOT submit all the documents with the I30 like they were suppose too. Thus, adding more time to our case. Not to mention we were constantly being handed to other lawyers in the firm. They NEVER called us when more documents were requested, claiming they couldn't get a hold of us but they had 3 phone numbers and 3 email addresses, yet they could call to remind us about payments to them.
We had also hired them to help with CRBAs, they took the money but NEVER filled out the forms, nor make the appointments like they said they would, I ended up doing it all. Did they refund us? NOPE.
This is a complete incompetent law firm who clearly only cares about taking your money and placing the blame on immigration. Good reviews are coming in from people who what, did 1 interview with them? WE WERE WITH THEM FOR 1 and a half years, and fired them. Anderson offered a refund but then failed to even show up to the appointment he made! Then offered to mail the refund but then backed out because he got upset because of this negative review and threw a tantrum.
We are out money and time because of this law firm.
They couldn't even get their own client's name right on a very important application, why trust them? Learn from us, go elsewhere.

I called just to ask a simple question if they had the service of filling out citizenship applications and the cost and waited more than 15 minutes.clarifying several times what the procedure was that I was consulting, they do not give information if you do not schedule an appointment

I am a doctor in the usa.please do not come here they will promise you a lot on the interview but end up stealing your money.they are thieves
